Edit: I’m changing this to never order delivery. It was a completely different experience. Cold burnt food, incorrect toppings, not worth the money. Very disappointed.

I was blown away by the food here today! I’ll start with their fries which are so unique and fried to perfection. They do have a lot of pepper which gives them a kick but they are seasoned to perfection. The burger was phenomenal my biggest struggle will be if I order the same burger again or try something new every time. I cannot wait to come back. My mouth will be watering until then.

The food here is amazing — fresh, flavorful, and definitely worth the visit. That said, the service and food-handling practices really need improvement. I’ve noticed younger staff not changing gloves between tasks. For example, one employee wiped down tables, touched their face and hair, played on their phone, and then went back to handling food without switching gloves.
On another visit, I ordered just a milkshake and waited 25 minutes while the employee who made it stood at the counter talking with coworkers instead of finishing the order.

Although we were being served by teenagers, I was shocked by how respectful and positive they were. The food was good and very filling. You will get full. I don't think any of us was close to finishing our meal. The price was actually reasonable. I'd go again.

Am a regular here at QC location- food cooking staff gr8 as usual BUT terribly disappointed in my interaction w the young man working front counter that was rude & quick to cut me off while entering my phone number in for points, then again as i was ordering & once more when i,paid w cash he wasn’t able to figure amount to give back - was in a hurry to run back to a side table to sit w friends & coworkers- order was to go had to ask for cup so i cld fill while waiting for order once given cup same employee cut me off as i was approaching soda machine to fill his 2 cups so he cld go back to his table of friends. Unfortunately this individual needs a lesson in manners & front counter may not be well suited for him

The food is very good but they are completely unprepared for the amount of customers they get. It’s been an issue time and time again the food takes way too long. Clearly bad management in staffing and in the kitchen. A table of 8 people were served before we were and it was two of us even though we ordered before them, that’s unacceptable.

Food alright. Everytime ingo they mess up my order. Got a chicken sandwich with bacon and house sauce. Each cost money and all they gave me was one piece of bacon and no house sauce. This is why I don't like coming hear. Over hyped good and can never get your order right.
