We frequently eat here and typically have a good experience with the restaurant staff and with the food. Today we went to pick up our dinner and is was not ready, and we had to wait another 20 minutes in the parking lot. When the food was brought out the girl knocked over a soda in the drink carrier and it leaked out all over my lap. There was also a drink missing when I asked her about the missing drink, She gave me a lot of attitude and acted annoyed about it, even though I was very polite. When bringing the food home and getting it out to eat almost all of it was cold. I’m very disappointed. Normally this is one of my go to places.

After a long day of softball games, our family ended the night at Someburros for dinner. The food was delicious and the service was excellent. The staff was polite and attentive. A young man, Aaron, was very friendly and went above and beyond to provide a wonderful eating experience. We will definitely be going back!

I drove 25 minutes one way to arrive at 9:05 pm and the doors were locked and they were cleaning despite their hours saying open until 10PM. Highly disappointed

The food is great every time, always consistent. This is one of the rare restaurants where the employees and managers actually work hard and take their job seriously. They go above and beyond to make sure things are done the right way and that they uphold their standards to the highest level. Unfortunately, bad service, lack of common sense and careless employees/management is becoming the standard more and more these days, but not at Someburro's. They set a standard for greatness that other restaurants and retailers should take example of.

What an awful experience. I will never order from here again. I placed an order for rice, beans and tortilla chips order over the phone yesterday. All of which was $100. (Way over priced if you ask me) Went to go pick up the order and they didn't have it at all. They somehow scrounged up some rice and chips. I won't be getting my refund for $40 beans for a few business days. What a shame. The rice and beans cost almost as much as a chimi platter. I am not one to complain but this is just crazy. Never going here again.
