I went thru the drive thru and on my order they forgot my tots that I ordered with my meal that I asked to be small but instead they gave me a large at least for my drink, they didn't give me a recipe so I couldn't tell, but when I went back to get my tots I first called and no one answered, after I went back and asked for them they took a second to get back to me and rather then giving me a large they just gave me a small so now I'm confused what I paid for. Not only that but they offered no compensation for having me waste time and going back for a second after I got to my house

I have ordered food twice now from here and neither time it has been what I ordered. Count everything you ordered before you leave because they will short you on almost everything. Very disappointed

The food was great but the customer service was awful. The guy taking my order (Nathen) was soo rude. Probably the worst I've ever been treated by an employee. I wasn't not happy after my interaction. I hate to see one of my favorite fast food places get ruined by rude employees.

Staff is nice, food is good, nice hangout spot. The boards that you input your orders act weird sometimes (won't allow you to pay), but the staff covers that inconvenience.

Made an online order and added some customizations because I have a lot of allergies and online orders make it simpler to order. Sent my partner to pickup the order so he didn’t know to look for the added fudge on my shake. Needless to say, I got charged for modifications I didn’t receive. Just upsetting since I can’t order a single ā€œmaster shakeā€ due to my allergies, I was just trying to get something similar to one with what I could order on the website and didn’t even get to enjoy that. The shake I received was OK, but not what I had wanted. Service was fast, however, and my partner said the staff was friendly and his ā€œmaster shakeā€ was exactly what he wanted. Just ordering mods at this location appears to be a dicey experience.

Pregnant in third trimester and had late night cravings. Pick up a chili cheese frito burrito. Verify that when it is ready back and it’s on the receipt. Get home and it’s a breakfast burrito. Huge disappointment but I didn’t want to drive all the way back. Like come on how does that even happen? :(
