This is my most favorite Starbucks to come to, I’m in school right now so I stay here for hours studying, the staff is all so nice, everyone is so welcoming and pleasant to interact with. Drinks are of course delicious but it’s the staff that really make this place. Only complaint is it’s always freezing but that’s probably just a personal problem lol

Service is meh. Typically do mobile orders and morning hellos are so forced. I get it. It's morning. I don't want to either. But sometimes, I'm waiting 10-15 minutes past the order ready time. Also, about 50% of the time, my order gets taken.

This Starbucks location sucks! Went into order and stood there for AWHILE while 4 employees walked by repeatedly/paid no attention to me. If you're busy, I get it, but you can say something instead of looking down as if no customers were in the store. If you're looking for good customer service, go to the Starbucks on Higley and Queen Creek. Avoid this location!
Told me my order wasn’t ready after looking at the bags on the counter, after 20 minutes I asked again and it turns out that bag was my order the entire time. Watered down latte has me so frustrated. Might have to convert back to DD because they can do their job.

I don’t typically write reviews, but I just had the best experience I have ever had at a Starbucks. Radel at this location is literally the sweetest human, and made my drive through experience something to remember. I was telling her how I was sad they got rid of the very berry hibiscus refresher and she made the recommendation to try the new midnight drink. She made me a mini one to try and also gave me some hot sauce for the new jalapeño pocket I got that I had never had before. Her small talk didn’t seem forced or awkward and was genuine. Seems small, but the way she was so nice and welcoming at a drive through was amazing. I hope corporate sees my review somehow and takes note.
