This Starbucks consistently has the best customer service. The staff are polite, friendly and very quick getting orders out in the morning. I go here for my morning coffee instead of the drive through Starbucks down the street. Such a great atmosphere!

Starbucks at Higley and Chandler Heights is the absolute best! They always make my drink just right and they ALWAYS bring the love and cheer. I get personal messages that brighten my day from Charlie and Xenia. If I'm having a rough day I know I can always count on the Starbucks baristas to cheer me up. Andrew, Sydney, and Ramani at the window are always so happy and smiling. If they don't leave you personal messages like mine chances are you'll get a sticker that says, "Spread the love!" And that's exactly what they do at this Starbucks location.

went threw the drive threw at around 3 today and the line took at least 15-20 minutes! super slow and when i finally came up to the second window the person goes “hi how can i help you” like come now now y’all should know what my order is instead of acting clueless. but at least my drink was good but i don’t know if it’s really worth $6 :/
