Starbucks at Higley and Chandler Heights is the absolute best! They always make my drink just right and they ALWAYS bring the love and cheer. I get personal messages that brighten my day from Charlie and Xenia. If I'm having a rough day I know I can always count on the Starbucks baristas to cheer me up. Andrew, Sydney, and Ramani at the window are always so happy and smiling. If they don't leave you personal messages like mine chances are you'll get a sticker that says, "Spread the love!" And that's exactly what they do at this Starbucks location.

I asked for light ice and they charged me?? Never have I been charged for that... it's okay if it doesn't fill the cup, I just don't like the watery taste but they never asked me do you want to add extra milk or have empty room in the cup

Excellent quick service. Three ladies working non stop like busy bees. My decaf hot coffee was perfect, and this is coming from someone who is not a Starbucks fan. Customers were taken care of quickly and safely.

went threw the drive threw at around 3 today and the line took at least 15-20 minutes! super slow and when i finally came up to the second window the person goes “hi how can i help you” like come now now y’all should know what my order is instead of acting clueless. but at least my drink was good but i don’t know if it’s really worth $6 :/
