Took 20 mins to make 2 simple drinks that are on the menu, nothing special or extra about them. Forgot about my order- had to remind them what it was. I’ll go back to Dutch bros or Dunkin.

this was not a great experience for me and my family because they got our order ronge then they forgot about our other drink then they filled our drinks to the top with ice only to 1 4th of it was the drink

It's such a pleasure to give a stellar review for this Starbucks location. The employee who greeted me was most helpful, especially when my SB app wasn't cooperating inside Frys. As always, my coffee was amazing as well. Thank you Starbucks for making this such a positive experience!

If you have time to spare and don’t mind lemon cake manufactured two months ago, this is the place to be. Shoddy service, they can’t even get a simple Americano coffee order correct.

I ordered Green Tea Frapuccino without whip cream. I got lots of big cubes of ice,no milk,little green tea and whip cream.It was disgusting.

How can you mess up a whole order. ?. It seems like the order wasn't even finished being placed before the drinks were made. Be speedy all you want but if the coffee isn't good then what did I just pay for. I ordered a blonde vanilla latte and got a bland blonde espresso with no taste, I walked around frys shopping until it was cold. My boyfriend ordered some plain black coffee with chocolate and hazelnut, the girl taking the order couldn't input it right (while the girls were already making the drinks) and when he got it, he also received a bland, no tatse of chocolate or hazelnut at all. I had to come home and add to it in order to drink it. We won't be buying from this startbucks again.

I won’t be going here anymore. When I order a drink without ice it’s to actually get my moneys worth versus paying for a half a cup of ice. I ordered a Venti and they tried to hand me a half full cup telling me “this is the recipe”. I really can’t fathom the lack of common sense with the people.

I ordered a pink drink with no ice and when I tasted it, it was very watered down. I noticed the color looked off but figured I could live with it. Once i got into my vehicle i poured it into my cup of ice and yep..it was very watered down. I walked back into the store and apologized for being 'That customer' and kindly asked the barista to remake it. The look on his face was like I was an inconvenience I was the one apologizing when it should have been the other way around! I even tried to make light conversation but he was annoyed and gave me attitude. I got the second drink and guess what? It was still watered down! I was already on the verge of being late for work so I just kept it. Please train your employees better customer service. Ive been getting my drinks here and its always been my favorite place to go because my drinks have always been great until this morning!
