I was given obvious Attitude for asking for a drink with no ice. It’s cold outside, but I still wanted a pink drink. So I asked for no ice and so they gave me a Venti sized cup that was half full. The Starbucks I usually go to down the street Has never done that. And said to take it up with customer service if I had a complaint.
Absolutely ridiculous. I understand measurements, I don’t understand the attitude.
I loved Starbucks for years. I guess it’s time to give Blackrock up the street a try.

I've given this starbucks soooo many chances to just get it right. Every single time the drink is wrong. Its a simple iced white chocolate mocha, but blonde. They never make it consistently wrong either.. sometimes it's not blonde, sometimes it's disgustingly sweet, sometimes it's got hardly any white chocolate. Literally doesn't make sense, it's not a complicated drink. Starbucks on hunt and gary have never gotten it wrong. Don't even waste your time at this one, the convenience is not worth the wasted money every single time.
I’m honestly starting to wonder if Starbucks has an official policy to hire only the slowest and most wildly inept people they can possibly find. Because if that’s the case, congratulations. RJ and Adria are clearly the gold standard.
I ordered a pumpkin spice latte. Not a six-course meal. Not a custom-engineered molecular coffee experiment. A pumpkin spice latte. And somehow, RJ and Adria managed to stretch that into a 20-minute saga that felt like watching paint dry… in slow motion… underwater.
Every other customer who came in after me got their drinks while I stood there wondering if they had to take a break halfway through steaming the milk. At one point I genuinely considered offering to jump behind the counter and help, because clearly someone needed to.
If Starbucks is trying to set a world record for “Longest Time Ever Taken to Make the Most Basic Seasonal Drink,” then congrats, RJ and Adria absolutely crushed it.
Otherwise? Might wanna check if your training program is accidentally set to reverse.

Waited in the drive through for over 30m in 105 degree weather with A/C that just went out. All so one car in front of me can get handed the same drinks 3 times.

Second one in line but it took almost 20 minutes to get my drink. There were 3 baristas working inside the Fry's Starbucks. Wish the service was a little quicker or be notified in advance about the possible wait time.
I LOVE LOVE Starbucks..Getting a little slow at one location but the people are still great. Especially love the service at the Riggs n Ellsworth location from Otto, Emily, Jewels, and Jack (Philip too). I have been to at least a dozen different locations but I can't pass that one without stopping by..They know how to treat people right and are great examples to everyone. Great suggestions too.

If I could give a Zero I would. Stood in line for about 10 min while Alexis and Aroura had a conversation with another employee. They all seen us in line and carried on with the conversation.
I usually don't care, but take care of your customers first.
Didn't give no customer service just rang me up and didn't help with the giftcard.
I asked for extra caramel and the entire drink is just caramel, no coffee. Alexis seemed to have an attitude and no customer service experience at all.

Don't ask for an iced drink without the ice because you will not get a full drink, even though last week you got the same drink and it was full. And the week before.. and the week before. But today, no, now they wanna give attitude and turn away and pretend I'm not there when I just wanted my 13$ worth of drinks to be full.
If they really want to lose a regular customer over 5 cents of drink then they can. The Starbucks by Walmart always gives me a full drink without ice. Always.

Slow and poor service. Typical of this particular location. I went in with my son this morning, who wanted a cake pop, then had to wait nearly 10 minutes for them to bag it and give it to us. There is a "line", she said. That would be for drinks, you don't even heat a cake pop up just give him the cake pop and we can leave.
Anyways. This place sucks. If you're the woman I spoke to at the counter who made the "line" comment, I hope you eat cement.

Rude customer service. While I’m ordering the two baristas are looking at one’s phone as if I was an inconvenience. You don’t expect to get treated like that at a Starbucks….

I use this location to grab coffee, it seems disrespectful to the customer who is waiting in line for their turn, go to another person who didn't wait in line, I stayed waiting and I already had more than 5 minutes waiting for my turn. The people who are there in the morning are quite slow when it comes to customer service. I think you should pay more attention to that point.
