I ordered a $6.99 foot long turkey and ham sub. As it was being made I was told “ you can only have 3 toppings (lettuce, tomato, onion etc) on this sub since it is specially priced “. WHAT??????? This is the exact reason my family and I stopped eating out. Did a private equity firm buy out Subway, or is this just greed on part of the franchisee? Subway is by far the worst sub shop, the meat appears to be pressed, it’s nasty, but i was starving so I went in there. I haven’t ate in a Subway in years! Those toppings cost mere pennies, now my family and coworkers won’t be eating in there … ever. This won’t put that particular Subway out of business, but they will lose money over this incident. Welcome to 2025, we vote with our wallets.

I placed an online order while i was shopping. When done I picked up my food and went home (15 minutes away). I ordered a footlong sandwich. It was ok but they forgot the tomato. I also ordered a footlong flatbread sandwich but instead of folding it longways they rolled it up from the smaller side. So we got half the toppings of a footlong. Subway... if you read this and want to make it right, you owe me a sandwich.

If I could give this place, it won’t start I definitely would. The male that works there mid height reddish type hair was so rude and sighted a lot and rolled his eyes while me and my husband ordered two sandwiches to me. If you don’t like your job you should go work somewhere else. I don’t know what’s going on with Subway lately, but I haven’t eaten there in a long time because of the same issues at other locations and or they just keep getting my order wrong I ordered onion. The guy literally put three pieces. I’m not even kidding. I was pissed. I asked him for more and he made a face and I just don’t understand what the issue was here. This guy needs to be fired. I hope Subway starts to do something about the people that they hire because it is just ridiculous..

I wish I could give it 0. When I first arrived we told the employee we had 4 sandwiches he sighed out of annoyance. He made it clear he was the only one there and was annoyed we walked up to order. VERY slow we were there for over 30 min while he made the sandwiches. The topping all looked old. Was "out" of mayo and spinach. And wasn't willing to go see if they had any in the back. Will never return.

I made a mistake on my sandwich. I asked the store clerk what happens if I made a mistake? In a huff he states, "I'll have to zero it out and throw it in the trash. I'll have to make another GOD DAMN sandwich. He finishes my order and asks of I want my receipt. Fortunately, I said yes and checked the receipt. At one point in checking out he says, "stop doing that" as I'm trying to tap my card. We'll, I check my receipt and HE TIPPED HIMSELF $2.21. While i know the amount is cheap, I did not tip him and the option to tip him never came on my screen. This is STEALING. How many customers has he done this to?

So slow. Three groups waiting on mobile orders (only way to get the discount) while they serve every walk in before attending to mobile orders. 20 minutes for one sub is unacceptable.

The location was very convenient as it is inside a Walmart. The staff worked very quickly and efficiently and were extremely polite and friendly. The food was fresh, and the location wasn't out of toppings or meat options.
Parking: It's a Walmart parking lot, so there's plenty of places to park.

A girl named Chen just helped me and my little sister. She huffed that we had to use EBT because it’s a longer process. Everything my sister asked for she messed up. First she said light onion and she puts a hand full then she drenched it in Mayo after she asked for light Mayo.
