Nothing against the employee that served me but I believe having some help available for the one person behind the counter could help greatly, one person handling six orders all at the same time is not an effective way to keep your customers

The food is on par for a Subway just meh but the service is absolutely terrible!!! Every single time no matter who is working the workers are rude and look like they hate life. If you’re the owner and are reading this you might want to reconsider your hiring process. I’ll be going to a different Subway from now on.

Service is slow. Worker was rude.
Jade/Jude (sorry I forgot to look harder at name tag) — provided amazing customer service during my visit. I placed both an online order and needed to order a second item in store. They welcomed me and other guests, and provided quality food. They were the only employee for the night, and the store looked stocked, and clean given a solo employee handling in person and online orders and attending to the dinner area.

Came in around noon to get a sandwich. Was greeted by the manager. She was super nice and very polite. Will be returning again.

Ashley the Manger was so rude and she deserves to get fired. I already contacted the corporate office that they don’t need an employee running a store with her kind of service. I will not be returning. Go to the subway by FatCats that just opened the service is so much better and the quality of food.

Your new management and corporate being okay with leaving one 16 year old girl alone to work at night and close by herself, but then come in and ‘correct’ her in front of customers is wrong. Also questioning a minor if they’re pregnant is completely unprofessional and unethical. Do better.
The girl who helped me was fantastic. She was very polite, well presented in her dress and hair, and she made my sandwich correctly and quickly. Her name tag said Mo, and I hope she is there every time I come in!
