Terrible customer service. I would give zero starts if I could. I ordered online and it was this location but I could not make it to the store to pick up. I immediately called the store several times over 3 days to get the order voided. I used rewards and paid for the order. I went in a few days later as I was busy at work and the gentleman (purple hair) was not willing to help and said it's too bad and that I should have picked it up since it was made, even though I tried to cancel it. I should not have to pay for something I didn't receive. I even asked him to make it then since it was too late to void and he refused. I tried to chat in the app and it's just a bot that talks in circles. Thanks for nothing. There are so many other competing sub places, so I deleted the app and will no longer use Subway since they only care that they got their money and not proper customer service.

From when I came in to when I got my food, it took a total of 45 mins. It was around 7pm. This IS NOT THE EMPLOYEES FAULT. This is the fault of management and corporate. This location seems to be constantly understaffed and the orders flood the employees while also trying to take care of the customers inside of the place. This happens often at this place. Again, the employees are good for what they are given but there is always just like one person helping 5 customers. If you want a quick place to get food, THIS IS NOT THE PLACE.

My sandwich looked like it was smashed I came in asking if they changed their portions the guy said yes. I proceeded to ask for a refund and he rudely said “no” I told him the sandwich was not aten or touched and I had my receipt. He proceeded to be rude and gave me a refund after saying no he wouldn’t. I would not recommend this subway your best bet is going to the one in Walmart.

I placed a pick up order online. The order was confirmed and said it would be ready by 8:20. I arrived to pick up my order and received a phone call while in line stating there was an issue and my order. The first server I spoke with told me my order could not be filled and they would be closing. The second server told me they had ran out of pepperoni and have been out for the last two hours. They told me they could issue a refund but were uncertain when it would return to my card. When I asked for a cash refund (rather than waiting a week for a refund) I was told that was not an option. It was clear it's just two teenage boys wanting to be done on a Saturday night. They could care less that my family's plans for dinner had been ruined. Or that the entire way the situation was handled was unprofessional. My receipt sat hanging unfilled while they served several other people without notifying me.

this has to be the worst subway i have ever been too. one employee was sitting outside when i got there the other was inside and he was slamming the oven and the knife and freaking out every time someone would walk in. then the second employee walked in from outside and started making subs WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS and they where both very rude not just to me but to the people in front of me and after me.

Nothing against the employee that served me but I believe having some help available for the one person behind the counter could help greatly, one person handling six orders all at the same time is not an effective way to keep your customers

The food is on par for a Subway just meh but the service is absolutely terrible!!! Every single time no matter who is working the workers are rude and look like they hate life. If you’re the owner and are reading this you might want to reconsider your hiring process. I’ll be going to a different Subway from now on.

Jade/Jude (sorry I forgot to look harder at name tag) — provided amazing customer service during my visit. I placed both an online order and needed to order a second item in store. They welcomed me and other guests, and provided quality food. They were the only employee for the night, and the store looked stocked, and clean given a solo employee handling in person and online orders and attending to the dinner area.

Ashley the Manger was so rude and she deserves to get fired. I already contacted the corporate office that they don’t need an employee running a store with her kind of service. I will not be returning. Go to the subway by FatCats that just opened the service is so much better and the quality of food.
