10/02/24 at 7:50pm I came to this subway. About 30 seconds in to my order I almost walked out to go somewhere else. I kept my cool and stayed nice to the employee, but she was obviously in a seriously pissed off mood. Seemed angry at me because I was at subway to order sandwiches and I felt rushed making decisions on sandwich. Every normal thing I said to put on the sandwich she sounded angry about it. One bread we wanted was out and one of the sauces they typically have. And employee was not sympathetic at all. Super short with me and charged me out half way through making sandwich which was weird. Wish I had noticed too that the lettuce was slightly browning. I’ve gone to so many subways over the years. By far the worst experience. Really sucks. To top it off, two foot long Sandwiches cost me almost 30 bucks somehow… won’t be coming back to this location ever again. Suggest staying clear.

Four times I have ordered here in the past year. Each time a swear I won’t do it again, each time falling for another “deal” and forswearing it once again. Three times I got all the way home before I noticed they managed to mess up my online order. The latest time I had the foresight to check before I left. Yes, it was messed up too.

My recommendation? If you don’t want to eat whatever they feel like throwing on the bun that day, make sure you order in person and watch it made.

Dietary restrictions: If you have allergies DO NOT ORDER ONLINE. They will mess it up and almost certainly put exactly what you are avoiding in there. My wife has a sensitivity to onions. 4/4 times I have ordered there have been onions on hers (that were not ordered and were corrected but I had to drive back 3 of the times).

The only way to cancel an accidental order online is to call the place and this one goes straight to voicemail when you call their number, pretty lame

I went to order a $6.99 footlong sub from the Subway website. After trying many times I kept getting an “Internal Error” message. After many tries I went to the store thinking they would honor the deal since the Subway site was down. I brought my phone inside and showed them exactly what was going on. I spoke to the manager who said her name was Tina, thinking theres no way Subway will not honor the advertised deal just because they are having website issues. Turns out Tina would not honor the advertised deal even though there was no way for me to get the deal through an online order. I asked Tina if Subway corporate is okay with not honoring deals even when they are the ones at fault for me not being able to order online, she said yes. This happened on 8/31/2024. With so many competitors around, I will continue to take my business elsewhere unless Subway can remedy this issue.

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my disappointment with the customer service I recently experienced at your combs location Sunday 18th August at 8:50PM.
Upon entering the store, I was met with an unfriendly greeting from the employee working behind the counter. From the beginning, their attitude was noticeably unpleasant, making the entire interaction uncomfortable. When I began placing my order, the employee seemed irritated and impatient, as though my presence was an inconvenience to them. This resulted in a rushed and careless preparation of my sandwich, which was far below the quality.
