This place has been here forever definitely had gone down over the years I know it had been here at least for a good 12 years if not longer so it definitely will go up and down over time and it is definitely not doing that well recently, it doesn’t look to clean in here as well I would recommend to go to Jimmy johns or one of the many other sandwich shops for better product for the same price depending on what you get possibly cheaper

Did a order online and they messed it up wrong bread for my sandwich than didn’t have a item I ordered and when I asked about it they said go online and ask for a refund customer service was horrible they were just in the back hanging out

Supposed to be open till 10pm. Our family was there at 8:05 pm and they wouldn’t serve us because they were closing. I commented it was only a couple minutes after 8 and they are supposed to be open until 10. They told us if it was slow they could close down early.
Sorry but when you have a family there wanting to order two hours before you are supposed to close you suck. Probably a good thing anyway because we’d have probably gotten illnesses from the food there.

Absolute trash, ordered a flatbread footlong and they can't even understand how to make it, took the footlong, turned it and made a 6 inch sandwich with the footlong bread. The employees need to lay off the drugs before they come to work because they can't even make a simple sandwich.

Place should be cleaner every one in the back talking but no one cleaning. Was there last night had the number 2 and was sick all night beware ask how old the food is before you order. This is why I don't believe fast food should get paid so much until they learn

ms patel is single-handedly one of the WORST subway employees i have even encountered. she does not produce good product, she's forgetful, she is unkind to her coworkers and she does not know how to properly interact with customers? she's extremely dismissive and rude. it's disheartening seeing the way she yells at and argues with her coworkers in front of customers. the worst part about all of this? this isn't the first time i've experienced patels mistreatment!!! in the past i've witnessed her stealing tips from her teenage coworkers. this is a grown woman!!! not only are you a grown woman probably of retirement age working at a subway acting like you own the place when you DONT but you're stealing money from children? really? how much worse could you get?? ms patel is unsociable, rude, inconsiderate a thief and a bully!! she should not be employed at this store. i love coming to this store and interacting with any of the other employees, all of the managers are extremely kind and they've taught their staff this behavior. this store is better without patel!! please get her out of here!!!

We tried the app for the first time and this will probably be the last time we go to this Subway. 5/12/23 subs were said to be ready at 7:15pm. It even said that they were ready on the App. We went at 7:15 and they hadn’t even started. Now 7:30 and they started to make them then stopped to help another customer. When we got them home the Subs were made with wrong bread and one was supposed to have double meat and double cheese and hardly any meat and next to NO cheese. Do not recommend this subway. Do better.
I placed an online order and when I arrived the store was closed. The business hours on Subways website and on Google both show the store was open for another hour after I arrived. The employee I spoke with stated that they were unable to issue me a refund. The phone number for this location doesn’t work. When I called the store to work this out with management it immediately went to a prerecorded message stating that the voicemailbox had not been setup yet. This location will happily take your money without providing a product and then make you jump through hoops of fire to get your money back.

Facility not well maintained. Staff has attitude problems. Bread was dry. Meatballs were cold.
Ordered online delivery and every single ingredient was missing or incorrect except the base meat. How is this acceptable?

We often stop by Subway for a bite after we are done shopping at Walmart, that was our intention today the 16th, we were the only people in line with 2 ladies behind the counter, there was a 12 inch sandwich sitting there, the older woman proceeded to put another bread down and make another sandwich, then she goes to the oven and takes out another sandwich, completely ignoring us she proceeded to start finishing up the three sandwiches, all the whole keeping the other employee over by the soda machine cleaning up a mess, anyway after 15 minutes we start to walk away to go to Jack in the Box, and she (older Indie lady) the manager I'm sure, yells ok come again!!!!! Not likely unless she is gone.
