March 26, 2025 About 8:30pm I'm waiting for about 5 minutes for
Someone to come ask my order in an empty line and there's a group of teenagers chatting it up and they clearly don't work there dressed in pjs, gothic clothes no uniform and hair not out up and then someone finally comes over and all the kids follow and they act like they're "training" knowing they're not. Very disappointed. Won't eat there again!!

Very horrible experience I ordered my husband a sandwich online and when I went to pick it up at store there was a problem they said it was never ordered in but maybe was a glitch. If It’s a glitch they still should have honored making the sandwich as I showed her the receipt of payment and she still argued with me and said they never received the order. This is a blatant lie. I showed her the receipt of payment. I showed her the store where it was ordered. They said they never received it. I don’t believe it. very horrible. Customer service didn’t try to fix or remedy the problem didn’t offer to make a sandwich to make it right was very rude and didn’t care. This place will never get our money again..

Did an online order, got home and my sandwich which was only supposed to be meat and cheese…. Had lettuce, olives and ranch.
How the eff do you even mess up a sandwich like that???!!
It was literally just supposed to be bread, meat, and cheese and toasted.
Instead I have a sandwich that I can’t eat because of a health issue

This actually use to be a good subway, and now it’s the worst one I’ve been too. I stood there waiting for someone to acknowledge me for almost 5 min. Mind you, I’m holding a baby and have my 8 year old with me. I understand online orders are important, but so is the customer that is standing directly in front of you wanting to buy and eat some food. I still wasn’t helped for almost 10 minutes , while they sat behind their counter talking about online orders and I ended up walking out. Beyond disappointed because I do love subway sandwiches, but I will not be coming to this one, I’ll drive an extra 5 min to find a different one.

Had a doordash order that said it was ready for pickup at the store. I arrived at the store noticed the window light was off . Called doordash they stated that the order shows ready. I saw a worker in there cleaning and assumed I could pick up the order. I knocked on the glass, initially she just ignored me. I knocked again and shoes here the screen twice and she just kept mouthing from behind the counter that they were closed . Finally she came to the window and banged her finger behind the sign to insinuate that I couldn’t read the huge sign on the window and wouldn’t even open the door to or listen when I tried to show her the doordash order and I felt she was discriminating against me . Very rude , employee. I asked her name and she then lied and said she couldn’t give her name . Horrible and racist employee.

They gave one of three subs ordered to someone else, and made me feel like I was a thief trying to scam a free $7.00 sub from them. VERY unprofessional, will never come to this store again.

Got very sick went back to complain and door's locked at 945 early then close time then my Uber driver pi CC king up his girl there said wasn't and lied to me in my face Said wasn't Uber but exactly same plates I'll be contacting authorities on this as mu safely was in incident

We went here at 8:50 and the second we walked in someone inside yelled at us "We are closed man" and started laughing at us. This is absolutely ridiculous behavior, and honestly the rudest experience I've ever had. How was I supposed to know that they don't close at 9, that they actually close like 20 mins before 9. If you close at freaking 8:30 you should probably mark that at your location. I will NEVER be back here.

Everytime I come here it's like the employees are brand new and don't know what they are doing had to explain 3 times what I wanted still got it wrong I corrected them then lady at register says she didn't charge me for that then had to call someone and ask them how to charge me, slow service and unproperly trained must be the starter store

We ordered via door dash. They didn't put one single option we selected on our sandwiches. The meatballs were rock solid, the cheese seemed spoiled. We took one bite and all threw our sandwiches away. I would avoid eating here unless you want food poisoning. It is a shame that this is acceptable by their management. I would fire whoever runs this store.

Got a footlong cold cut to go. Employee cut the bread wrong and had a hard time keeping the meat and veggies on the bread. So she cut a new bread and tried lifting the meat with the lettuce and tomatoes balancing on top and transferring it to the new bread. Didn't work real well! She apologized, but I commented that all of that was not very appetizing to watch. Other than all the fixings looking like a mish-mash of stuff thrown together ((one piece of meat separated from the group and she was trying to stuff it back in somewhere)) other than that there was no green lettuce, just white shreds, and the tomatoes were past being fresh. They had that translucent look. I should have walked out but didn't. Not the best experience...need to explore other sub options.
