We go to this location every Sunday night. Recently, the employees have been trying to close at 815-830 when they are supposed to be open until 9. One time we were driving up in the parking lot and the employee ran to lock the door and proceeded to run to back to avoid us. Every time we go in, the soda machine is "down" or the tips have been taken off. So to avoid having the doors closed on us, we tried doing the mobile order. Don't normally like doing mobile orders and can see why. We put in notes to have our sandwiches toasted and get home to our sandwiches being cold. Called the store and employee stated he didn't see the notes. Lastly, employee is using his phone while wearing his gloves and continues to make sandwiches with the same gloves.

Save yourself by not going here. And the manager won’t respond to awful service and horrible food. Bad customer service on the managers end. The guys working are the nice but good luck getting a response from management.

This location is usually very good but today at 10am they had a guy with tattooed face and septum piercing working with a horrible attitude. Barely acknowledged me without making eye contact for several minutes as he did other things. There was not one customer or other worker in the store besides me. When he finally spoke he had a major chip on his shoulder adjusted something beneath his waist with his gloved hand that I could not see. At that point I finally had it with him and walked out . The manager here is very nice I’m shocked she would have someone like this on her team.

Each and every time my boyfriend and I have our order is screwed up. Neither of the sandwiches were toasted, the mayo looked absolutely disgusting. It’s a BRAND new location, these employees clearly weren’t paying attention during training. I’d rather drive halfway across town to get a decent sandwich.

Usually this subway would be a 5 star across the board, however today when I went in to get 2 sandwiches, there was only 1 girl, who was stressed out! She was by herself, and she said some things that shouldn't have been said in front of customers, which was understandable considering she was alone at lunch rush. The 3 subs before me, she threw everything on there didn't reat care about the food and how it looked. I was next, but because I had 2 sandwiches to order she wanted to take the lady behind who only had 1 even though I had already been waiting 10 minutes. When it came to my turn, she just kind of threw everything together and called it a day. My food was a mess with triple protein that I did not need.I'm not really complaining about the girl, because she was by herself. She needed help and said everyone took off and left her alone. That is unacceptable and she should have had not been alone. What if there was an emergency?The manager of this store needs to hire more. Help for the lunch rush.To the girl in there today, I'm sorry your manager isn't doing their job to get you help. I'm so sorry you were stressed out that it showed. You deserve better than that.

I had lunch from this subway today and had a really great experience. Stephanie, the manager, helped me and from the second I walked in she was attentive to me. She was kind, fun, and made suggestions for my sandwich. And that sandwich was one of the best subway sandwiches I’ve had. The other employee working joined in on the conversation and was also pleasantly fun to talk to. They made a point to interact with me and I’m glad they did. I will definitely be coming back. Great customer service goes a long way!

Coda was very helpful and went out of her way to insure my sandwich was exactly what I wanted it to be. She was polite and expressed herself in a fun and happy way to insure my order was exactly what I had expected. Awesome attitude. Thank you.

My wife and I just ordered from this store and these people have absolutely no clue what they are doing. I ordered a Teriyaki Blitz and my wife ordered a Monster Sub. Both of these sandwiches have steak on them. When we got home and opened the sandwiches, they were ice cold. I don't mean that it cooled down by the time we got home, they never even warned up the steak. I called and the manager said that if a customer does not ask for it to be toasted then they usually make it cold. Are you freaking kidding me!! So if I order a Phille Cheese Steak, does it come cold if I don't ask for it toasted?! No it should not! The steak should be warmed up! The same is true for the two sandwiches my wife and I ordered tonight! Where has common since gone ?! If the owner of the store would be so kind as to leave their address for me, I will gladly bring them an ice cold steak by for dinner! I dare the owner to respond with an explanation for this.

Brand new location and absolutely disgusting in there. Two employees just standing talking. Chairs were up on tables, I assume from the closing shift. The line was gross. There were empty cambros and product that looked old and dried out. The chips were not even stocked. As a former employee and manager of several Subways all over the valley I was so grossed out that my husband and I walked out. I know those employees are not being paid to stand around and talk. It's basic cleaning. If you are slow, stock your line, clean your boards, check your chips and drink station.

He was formal, kind, polite all while having a line and staying past his regular scheduled shift of which he’s done for 7 days in a row (or came in to work for another colleague).I would like the owner of this locations email, is that possible?Thanks!
