Horrid customer service. They do not care to walk in or dine in. They care to doordash and Uber eats. We ordered food and told 20-30 minutes. After an hour we checked on our status and they said “30 more minutes”. We watched order after order filled before ours. They offered no solution or to get our food so we had to demand a refund. They took an additional 10 minutes trying to figure out how to do a refund. At no time did they attempt to prepare the food, apologize, or try to make it right. Will never go here again. Worst sushi experience I’ve ever had.

Sushi Neko is one of those places I will keep coming back to because it’s amazing. The sushi is fresh, flavorful, and well presented. There’s a great variety of rolls, nigiri, and sashimi to choose from. Everything tastes high quality, and you can tell they put real care into every plate.
The service is friendly and fairly attentive. The atmosphere is fun and upbeat without feeling overwhelming. Whether you’re going for a casual lunch or a dinner out, it’s a great spot.

Interesting spot. You order at the counter and even if you dine in, they serve you in takeout containers. Staff were a little gruff. Not fully rude but a bit too firm and professional. The food was okay. The Miso Soup was good if not a bit bland, Salmon Roll was palatable. The Kids Golden Chicken was a bit too much breading and not enough meat. My Dad enjoyed his Chicken Teriyaki though.
We would MAYBE get this place again, but we wouldn’t dine in — what’s the point of dining in if it’s such a cramped space and all they use is wasteful plasticware?

This place is setup as a togo place but you can still dine in. (all food comes in togo containers). No red flags were noticed.some of the food: Amazing service.
Miso soup- good portion but flavorless, has mini and large pieces of seaweed in it and ?dots of tofu?
house salad- basic salad but FRESH veg. and a simple dressing. good opener
egg sushimi not too sweet, good balance of flavor and great serving -i will buy again
eel roll- it is not sushimi but a roll, this was not my thing someone else might love it though.
tooties roll- This was good. and a recommendation. add a little wasabi with each bite made this even better.
sushi borrito- I will update this when I eat it ( remember everything is made togo)

We love the sushi here and the happy hour specials. We don’t get eel sauce and they mostly get our order correct, except they give us soy sauce packets and plasticware when we ask them to omit. Also I asked them to make a custom roll with only jalapeño and cream cheese but they added tuna, so no custom orders here. Please make a jalapeno roll with cream cheese! Why waste your money, employees time and giving customers added items that will get put in landfill?
