This Taco Bell has all sabotage mensch. They have a corporate deal with the Arizona Diamondbacks. They score fiber runs and get three free tacos with a purchase of a drink. They have signs posted regarding that get there and they said they don’t honor so this is purely a breach of contract and it’s very sad. This is the way that they are doing their customers please don’t use them

Just had the most wonderful experience at the Taco Bell one of the girls there were absolutely perfect And literally so sweet! I didn’t catch her name but she did have long dark hair and a cross necklace on. I just wanted to say something about how wonderful she was! And thank you for such a great experience!

Was told there wasn’t chicken, ok well that cut my order in half but it’s fine. So when I get home and open what I was given it was three items I didn’t order, all containing beef which I can’t eat. You have to really try to suck this bad.

If taco bell don't want to serve food of Long Jhon, why don't you just separete the location, If I order from Long Jhon if they don't have it, or if they have it, they say it's going to take 30 minutes, so they want to force you to buy from taco bell

Placed our order at 5:56 PM. They gave it to us at 6:37 PM. FORTY-TWO minutes! When I asked to just cancel the order, they said no, "were making it now"

I had place a DoorDash order and my order never went through according to an employee that I called right after DoorDash had Canceled. According to the time Taco Bell closes at 1AM and I had placed an order at 11PM. Once I spoke with an employee he stated that I needed to place the order before 11:30PM which I did. Well when I was speaking with the young man I heard ladies laughing in the background like as if they close whenever they want. Therefore, he had nothing to say. Whoever owns this Taco Bell…. You need to find new employees ASAP because the ones there are not it. It’s Pure laziness and irresponsible behavior. DO BETTER!!!

Taco Bell used to be our go-to. Not so much these days because of experiences like the one we had last week at this location. We pre-ordered for pickup, and that part was fine, as was the pickup, but the food!!!Our hard shell taco had been loaded into a large bag first, then 2 soft tacos on top of it. Having 2 hot tacos on top of a hard shell taco is a huge problem because it made the hard shell soft and soggy. If that wasn't bad enough, another smaller bag was put inside this bag (on top of the 3 tacos), and 2 very hot orders of fries and cheese were placed in that. The soft tacos were an absolute mess from being squished by more hot food, and the hard taco was more like ground beef with soggy chips in it (the photo was before we tried to pick it up to eat it, at which time it fell apart). The fries were great, though! And the food was hot, which is good. Had the employees shown some common sense, the tacos would have been fine. The store itself is fine, and so are the employees, but there needs to be some training on how to properly prep and package the food.

It was kind of quiet inside but the restaurant looked brand new. I had to go back to the counter for my drink, which was forgotten, otherwise great food and good service!
