Dude working drive thru had a nasty attitude. No customer service at all. Damn near tossed my card and the bag in the car. If you don't want to be there call in or find another job, but the funky attitude is not it. Lucky for him I'm trying to get into heaven otherwise he would've been picking himself and his glasses up off the ground.

The Taco Bell app is not the best. It does not work. It barely works. It does not reconize to send the link. You always ask did you use the app. How can I use the app if its broken in the middle of the day? So stop asking at the drive through.

Well for the price they are charging these days a combo and burrito was 17.64.. ok so what I get is zero customer service.. meaning I had to punch in my own order when 2 workers are standing there.. asking me if I need help punching it in.. then I'm told I have to go to them once I place my order to pay them and the green sauce isn't on the menu.. ... and a tip was suggested.. Im sorry not the workers fault it's the owners 😔 horrible times guys and yes I know I'm at taco bell. Pepsico sucks

I love taco bell, Don’t get it me wrong it’s amazing. But what makes it trash is the horrible manager. The attitude and the look she gives as if she has something negative to say as soon as i drive away is insane. Anyways, the food is well made, but the managing system needs to change.

It was my first time going to this Taco Bell on 01/12/25. In the evening I went through the drive thru, and I ordered tacos and nachos. I got home to eat the nachos, and there was a small grayish white hair in the nachos. I will not be returning there again.

I genuinely love this location. I never write reviews but they deserve it. I’ve gone to this location multiple times over the past year during the late night and they always exceptionally deliver. Their costumer service is shockingly amazing for a chain fast food place. And every time I get my food it’s made perfectly. Their night crew is awesome and are always sweet no matter who’s at window. I wasn’t even craving taco bell tonight but I decided to go here instead of the place across the street because I know they have much better attitudes here. Thank you guys!!

I dont normally rate a fast food place, but the cheez it crunchwrap I got here was phenomenal. Whoever made it figured out how to keep the cheez it crispy and not turn to mush. Friendly service too

Hi, I asked for extra onions on both the crunch wrap and the beefy 5 layer burrito and there were no onions. The crunch wrap was more lettuce than anything else, very minimal beef. The 5 layer beefy burrito was small and rarely any beef as well. The nachos cheese sauce was half way filled and the chip portion was smaller than it usually is. I have had to call the store twice before for messing up my order... Even payed for extra beef before and still hardly any beef. (WHERES THE BEEF) I'm no longer buying at this location!

So I was served an old chalupa shell, so hard that I was worried I might break a tooth. When I brought it to the attention of the staff I could hear bickering from the kitchen about remaking it. When you were assembling it, if it feels hard as a rock maybe it shouldn’t go out. Hard enough that I believe it could’ve broke or damaged a tooth or teeth upon biting in. Like I have no problem waiting longer for a fresh shell - 20 second drop. There’s no excuse for old product to just sit in the hot holding.

Used the takeout option and it was fantastic. My burrito had quite a bit of sour cream which is just how I like it. Came out piping hot too. Great location quick service and the Baja blast had a thirst quenching bite to it.
