I’m a DoorDash driver and had an awesome experience at this Taco Bell. The staff was friendly and professional, and they had my order ready really fast. The food was packed well, the drinks were sealed, and everything was correct, which makes my job a lot easier. I was able to get in, grab the order, and get back on the road with no issues. Really appreciate how smooth and quick the pickup was at this location.

This store has the worst customer service. If you walk up to the counter you will be completely ignored. I went to get a mobile order. I stood at the counter while two employees stood talking at the drive through window amongst themselves for several minutes. After asking what I needed they went to the back and said I was in the waiting room. I could hear a male loudly yell that he did not care and I could sit and wait in the waiting room. It had already been at least 15 minutes since placing my order. When the girl returned to the front I told her I wanted a refund. She went back until the kitchen to some more yelling. I was then told they could not offer a refund on a mobile order and was given a phone number on a sticky note to call to get a refund. The yelling male with the attitude came uo front to tell me he was busy all day with two people working and had cars in the drive through. The girl at the counter was very nice and embarrassed at the situation. It was one of her first days there. The older male who may have been the manager should not be employed there.

The male manager working the night of 7/22/2025 was very rude. I had previously been told while doing an Uber run that I could come through the drive-thru anytime. I could not make this up if I tried. The manager rudely told me to come inside. That is fine if he wanted me to come inside, he could have been respectful about it.

Just don’t. 10+ min wait in lobby , just to not be addressed and leave. Doordashers, you will sit here for 15+ min just for your order to be started. This staff is awful, slow, which tells me management is incompetent. Please eat elsewhere.
Taco Bell, the main diet of highschool and college kids of days past. Just got a Crunchwrap for the first time in a decade and a vegan wouldn’t notice with how little meat is in it. I had to double check if I ordered a bean burrito or a 1/2 full bag of chips with how dry the not fully rehydrated beans were. Worst $10 I’ve spent in awhile

Other locations usually get everything right. However, this is the closest location to my work. I clearly do not learn, as when I decide to pick up food for the family, they never get it right. I'm always missing at least one item, and nine times out of ten, my custom comments get ignored, despite someone in my household having a food allergy.

Everything is way overpriced, the beefy. Five layer of burritos, two dollars and a half cents more, then it is at any other taco bell one burrito, being eight dollars, and it's not even the size of a filibertos burrito is kind of a bit outlandish and theft from customers, I will refuse to eat somewhere that.They want to hike up the prices just because of the distance of where it sits.
