I try to order food today for my son after school. I was waiting to order but no one responded. So I drove up the window and told that I never got a response. The unprofessional girl said sorry you either go inside or go to the back of the line. When I already waited 15 min to get my order . She should have taken my order and had me pull in the front to wait for my son's food . But instead she was rude and had no consideration for other people's time . Last time they over charged me . If my son didn't like taco Bell so much I would never go back .

I recently moved to this area and I foolishly allowed myself to order from this store 3 times. I like "tacobell". But here all you are gonna get is wrappers covered in grease inside and out, with stale, nearly inedible food.

Nathanial D. is the most disrespectful human working in fast food I have ever encountered. I am one who genuinely appreciates those who work in the food industry. We all have to make a living somehow, especially in these times. My daughter and I were ordering our food and he was not understanding what we were ordering. Two side of chips with nacho cheese. He told us to hold on so we did as the line was forming car by car behind us. Meanwhile my daughter and I were laughing because we are awkward and we felt bad for the line of cars behind us because it was taking longer than we had anticipated. He proceeded to bring back the conversation with “I don’t know what’s so funny but you can go ahead and get out of my drive thru.” We finished ordering and we told him. He didn’t say anything so we repeated ourselves and he said “Yea I heard you. Pull forward.” So we did. We paid, he slammed the window closed. As he was handing us our food he said “Some people need to learn to respect.” On top of that our order was wrong. The line was so long we decided to drive to a different location and reorder and spent more than what we should have but we didn’t want to deal with him again. I absolutely understand respect but when treated like that, you lost my respect. I’m chalking it up as he was having a bad night but I will never go to this location again. Which won’t even matter compared to the amount of people who go here. But save your time and visit the one on Rittenhouse and Ocotillo.

Place went straight downhill in the past 6 months. There used to be a cute black girl who ran this joint and I would say this was one of the best TBs ever.. now, it’s never an option. Too bad, I started to like the new menu options and loved the location. Anyone can make this stuff at home for a fraction of the cost, walk into Safeway, get your groceries and make it at home, cleanly!
Extremely slow and totally unorganized.. 34 mins to get bean Burrito ? ridiculous !! Never again !!

Dumped soda on my car because we came through the drive thru close to closing and threw my receipt at me. He dumped the soda because it spilled in my car due to him not putting the lids on completely and giving us one cup holder for 4 large drinks, so it snapped and soda is now all over my brand new car.
