Food truck. Unique and delish tacos made fresh. Shrimp taco and birria taco were phenomenal. Met the owner - very friendly and delightful lady.

Best Birria tacos I’ve ever had! And Letty is extremely sweet ♥️ 10/10 🙌🏼

The place puts you at ease almost immediately, before you have even had time to understand it fully. The welcome feels natural and thoughtfully balanced, the menu is selective without feeling narrow, and the space carries a quiet calm that gently lifts you away from the outside world. Nothing tries to stand out on its own, yet every element fits together so smoothly that settling in feels completely natural and leaving feels unexpectedly hard.

Fabulous, fresh food. Skillfully prepared, fresh for each order from a creative and flavorful menu.
Letty is such a warm, wonderful chef and makes every customer feel so welcome and appreciated.
Make no mistake, this is a food truck but the food is amazing. I only wish I had stopped here years ago!

Food was good and felt so home made
The pineapple skewers is grilled pineapple and a coconut glaze ( Dddelicious ) must try
Chef is the best :) she was so welcoming
And gave the best service possible.

Letty’s Tapas Al Gusto is amazing! The Shrimp burro is a must try! She provides great customer service, puts her heart and love into the food she makes and I would recommend to anyone to stop by and try it out.

Amazing food and even better customer service experience

Delicious birria tacos! The tortillas are outstanding in taste and texture. These birria tacos are packed with generous meat portions without falling apart. The meat is flavorful, well trimmed, and not greasy. The meat and cheese is perfectly balanced with fresh veggies. I was full after the first taco, and saved the other two for today. They are still so good reheated! Despite the rich flavor, there was no solidified fat layer over the leftover consommé.

I went to Tapas Al Gusto last night, I picked up birria tacos for me whole family. They were the best birria tacos we have ever had.They use a lot more meat than most places and the flavor was off the charts! Way to go, Tapas Al Gusto, I'll definitely be coming back for more tasty food!!

These guys had what is undoubtedly the best birria North of the border. The meat was super tender and its flavor was immaculate. The service was polite, respectful and quick. 4 orders of birria tacos were ordered and handed off in the blink of an eye. The prices are a bit much, but not all that bad considering how big the tacos are. I genuinely don't think there was anything within their control they could have done better.

Wife and I tried this place tonight and the flavors were so fresh and phenomenal. Definitely recommend the fish or salmon tacos. Staff was friendly and food was fast and fresh

Ok...the ribeye burrito is the best burrito I have ever had, hands down.
I could only eat half (wanted to) so it serves two (and I'm a big dude).

Chef Letti knows what she is doing in this mobile restaurant; service is off the charts...great conversation, great attention to detail...she offered me a couple of gratis ice cold waters while I waited in my car. Brought my order to my car.

I'd eat here exclusively if I could.
Somebody call the Food Network folks. Its worthy.
