Incredible quality ingredients. Noticeably plumb shrimp with great snap were cooked perfectly. Carne asada had a terrific char....think of high-quality beef steak, thickly sliced and served as tacos al carbon The barbacoa was so incredibly tender and the chile used to season the meat had wonderful depth of flavor. I will request a bit less crema when I order this again....let the meat stand on its own. The tacos are LARGE and their prices are very low for the quality, quantity and expert preparation. The challenge for me is that when I return, do I order other items or go right back to the 3 tacos that I enjoyed so much. Lastly, the mother and son who operate the business were so friendly and enjoyably chatty. It was a very nice experience, beginning to end.

Tapas Al Gusto is a must try!!! My girlfriend and I just went here for the first time and I already can't wait to go back! We had seen amazing reviews but it still exceeded my expectations. Such a cute little taco truck :) We've been to many but this is by far our favorite, I'll include photos but we devoured the first few items before capturing a photo Also their energy is so good, very kind people, they deserve all the business! If you're in the area definitely stop by! (And if you're not, make the trip it's worth it) Also good to note: we couldn't finish everything and took it home for leftovers and it was STILL delicious!

I am from out of town and I heard about this place through my cousin. I decided to stop by to get some food. I am so happy I did! First, I have to add that Letty is an incredible host and great with customers! I had the Argentinian Quesadilla, the shrimp taco and the birria taco! Everything was absolutely outstanding! If you ever find yourself in the Queen Creek area of Arizona, please do yourself a favor and stop here! You won't regret it! This includes those in the Phoenix area as well! You must stop to try out this food truck! Great food, great service, and all around a great experience! Truly enjoyed the conversation I had with Letty about her culinary background. She is truly a pleasant person and makes incredible food! I just realized I'm rambling! Come try it- NOW! You WON'T REGRET IT! Adios, my friends!
