My husband and I came to This location for a late dinner. There was a table of 8, a table of 4 and my husband and me. There is one server and one cook on staff. Which to my understanding is the norm.
Our server, Chablis, has been running around with a cheerful attitude and smile on her face taking care of everyone. I appreciate her hustle.
However, I think scheduling one server (who also has to do hostess and cashier duties) and one cook is a poor staffing decision by management.
