The first time I went, I was underwhelmed. But friends recently wanted to meet here for lunch, and it was a good experience. The store was clean, with a good vibe and plenty of seating. The menu was easy to read. There were 2 ways to order: at the kiosks or with a cashier. The staff was very friendly and helpful. I ordered the breakfast burrito (for lunch!) and have been craving it ever since then! It was so yummy (if only it had fewer calories!!). Everyone I was with was having about their tacos. I was glad to have tried it again and had a positive experience!

You are losing business because of those ridiculous POS kiosks. People go out to eat for more than food. Human interaction is a big part of a dining experience. If I wanted to be greeted by a kiosk I would go to Taco Bell, which I refuse to go to because of the kiosks. I have seen a drop in your business at this location, and I am certain it is due to the POS terminals. I was there from 1145-1230 and there a total of 15 people in the restaurant. The kiosks will be the downfall of this restaurant. Just my opinion.

Normally, I love this place and I’ve been coming here since it opened… Everybody knows I’m a huge torchy fan. I even checked in on Facebook tonight when I got here. Now for the bad review… Service was very, very slow probably the worst and slowest it’s been since I’ve been coming here… I probably waited at least 20 minutes for my tacos. My half order of street corn came out cold. My Tokyo drifter taco was not very hot at all as well. I don’t think I’m gonna come back here actually! I’m watching customers complain to the manager right now about how long Food is taking to come out… The crazy thing is I applied here for a job part-time a long time ago and they never even called me. Seemed to be very shorthanded.

This place needs to be rated 0 stars. Upon entering we sat at the bar and weren’t even greeted or asked what we were drinking, we had to ask the bartender for menus and drinks. Mind you we were 2 of 4 people sitting at the bar. The food was subpar and the service was horrendous. We were in there a total of 2 hours (not because we wanted to be there that long, the service was that slow) and ordered queso, 4 tacos and 3 tacos to go. Anytime our drinks were out we had to ask the bartender for refills. Definitely won’t be returning here.

I'm basing my review on what I ate. Queso dip was good, don't waste your time with the Baja shrimp tacos, terrible. Tell them to leave the special sauce off the street corn, it ruins the flavor and the chicken burrito was a great value but tasted just okay. Definitely not worth the $47. Really friendly staff tho.
