My first time at this location. Super clean. My new fav tacos! Especially love the salmon ones. Nice young man who took my order last week, chatted with me. I should've wrote this right away when I remembered his name. Young kid around 20 ish with reddish hair. Super nice! Hope his boss sees this.

Fire!! So happy Torchy's Tacos came to Arizona and now Queen Creek. I have been to several locations in TX and I am always able to leave a great review. Today I was able to take my entire family and let them experience the Damn Good Tacos. My kids are picky eaters. However, I had my 10 year old trying out all the different Tacos and to her surprise she liked everything she tried.We had a great experience. We will definitely be regulars. I can't wait to bring others to experience Torchy's.Thanks again. And Glad to have you as part of our community.Another visit we had a birthday party out in the patio Such a fun place for a party.Parking: Large shopping center with plenty of parking.

We met another couple there for dinner. It was more fast food style than a dining experience, BUT we had a lovely time. The barkeep had to be reminded to make my drink, and we ordered at a counter. They did bring our food. It was spicy but good.

I ordered my food at 6:50 pm. I got there when it it stated at 7:10 pm. I proceeded to sit down and wait til 7:40 pm. I saw other sit down customers that arrived at the same time I got there receive their food before me. No one came up to me to ask about my order.

My entire pickup order was wrong. They did not follow any of our modifications to the food. They did not take care of anything marked with a food allergy. They advertise bottled drinks that they don't have in stock. I'm never ordering from here again.

This place is okay. I ordered the Democrat taco and Crossroads taco, and they both were pretty greasy. Not my favorite taco place.
Torchy’s has become one of our favorite places. We have never had bad service. The atmosphere is great and the staff is very friendly.The food is made fresh everyday and is packed full of flavor. We’ve ordered our favorites multiple times as well as tried new options. Their queso is also one of the best that we have ever had.Parking: Parking right out front. Large parking lot.Wheelchair accessibility: Parking and ramps available

I just wish just 1 time they can get a take out order correct!Trip 1- missing a tacoTrip 2- order 2 crossroads and 1 pork and receive 1 crossroad and 2 pork.Trip 3- order 3 tacos with no cilantro no onion. Get no onion on one, no cilantro on another and one correct.All orders verified via reciept but orders wrong. Simple job and cant get it right. If you dont want to do your job, find someone who does. 1140am visit on 3-9.Update 2-29-24Really though, order taken by mason 8251. 3 tacos ordered no cilantro no onion. Check #37566. All tacos had heavy cilantro. Do you guy just hate togo orders because 95% of the time the order is wrong!

Overrated and expensive! Hard Pass! Everything was bland, barely warm, drinks were not good at all. Ice water was the best part of the meal. We decided to try this place after being told there was an hour wait at Barrio Queen. Big mistake, complete let down compared to Barrio Queen. Will never go back to this place. Server didn't even ask how the food was when we obviously didn't drink or eat half our food.
