Tropical Smoothie Cafe

Have had nothing but good experiences at this business. The smoothies are otherworldly and the food is a nice bonus.
The other thing are the employees. The gal manager, darn I can’t remember her name, from yesterday really went above and beyond for me regarding gift cards. She really made sure everything was perfect, and besides that she’s a very nice kid, the kind of kid a business owner should be very proud of.
We really like this place and it’s a mile from our house. A great addition to the plaza.

I have been to this store 2 times in the past week because the service is just that good. This amazing girl named ally was taking our order and she was so friendly and literally helped me out with a complicated order! She was so helpful and made me wanna come back. There was also a guy named Hayden who was also super friendly! Overall a great experience, environment, and staff!

No matter what city I'm in, I look for a Tropical Cafe. This cafe is superb! The staff are always pleasant and the order completed timely and correctly.

There are three locations near San Tan and they send specials via txt on a regular basis.

Employees are awesome, but they are always understaffed and one smoothie takes 30 minutes.

Love their app where I can order my food ahead of time and drop by quickly to grab my items from the to-go shelf.
Staff is always friendly and orders are always accurate. Thank you for opening up in our area!!

I came in this morning to one young lady managing the store on her own working harder than any young person I have seen in a very long time. She had 30 online orders come in and was cheerful and kind even though the wait was long. She did her best and I for one believe she deserves a big raise. Owners… why would you only staff one person on a Saturday morning during a big sale? She was wonderful, but that is very unfair to do to good employees.

The server was Sophie C, when i asked for a chicken pesto with no tomatoes in it, she said “umm i guess” to which i replied “ive done it before” and she was like “yeah im just not good with the food” I didn’t think anything of it but my order came out with tomatoes, i asked nicely if she could remake it for me, she said yes, then they never remade it, i asked again and she was like, i don’t think i can remake it, and walked off

Good food but the wait times are far too long, can take them nearly an hour to process an online order. I have frequented this business since it opened but the last few weeks it has just gotten ridiculous.

I was halfway through eating my sandwich when the most foul taste ever hit my mouth. Only to find the bread was molded. The individual who made the sandwich should have noticed this prior to throwing all the other ingredients onto the bread! This is completely unacceptable, and all the food at this location should be inspected ASAP!

Update: Management has offered to refund me and also assured me that they will be looking into this.

Went in with my daughter this morning and was greeted with a smile. First time for me and I tried the Jetty Punch it was good, Thank you Priscilla for going over and beyond great customer service. We will be back!

I’ve tried a lot of smoothies in my life and that’s why this is only a 3 star. Mediocre I’d say. Nothing special, but it was good.

Smoothie and breakfast burrito great. Acai bowls probably have a standard cut, I'm sure people can ask for things to cut smaller. Sometimes just need to ask, just like we don't like cheese and they can omit it.

Looked forward to having a closer tropical smoothie. Today was the second time attempting to visit this location. First time, parking was total chaos, and had a line out the door. Today we walked in. No greeting. Employees had their backs to the enormous line of people present. After waiting a few minutes and seeing how annoyed other customers were we left. I won't visit a third time to get ignored.
