We placed a large order for 600 cookies for a work event and Kari the owner was so helpful! She made the whole process so seamless! Love placing our orders here and are always greeted with a warm smile by all the employees!

I just walked in to get a drink and walked in to this woman berating the owner because her daughter got a drink she didn’t like and wanted a new one, but she would need to be charged for the new drink. This woman began to record the owner (who was being very professional) and calmly explained that she would need to charge for the product being used and she couldn’t give the girl a new drink for simply ‘not liking it’. No one should have to deal with these utterly entitled Karen’s who don’t understand the basic math of running a successful business. My mom and I always have very positive experience every time we go and we love with and the copper basin location as well. Thank you twisted sugar for all you do 💚💚💚

You really are going to charge $.75 for light ice, what a joke. I will take my business elsewhere.

Truly my happy place. Every visit is a reminder of why this is my favorite spot, the staff are always kind, the service is top-notch, and the drinks and treats never disappoint. The cookie butter cookie is hands down the best and never fails to put a smile on my face. Grateful for this little place and how close it is to home! Love love!

We love twisted sugar! Their cookies are superior to all other cookie places. The only downside with this location is the speaker system. I have to repeat myself multiple times when ordering in drive through.

I Really wish I caught her name, but young girl helped me with my Uber eats order. I asked her how quickly she could get me a couple of cookies and be checked out, she had both sugar cookies in a box, in my hand in under 90 seconds. absolutely stellar

I went in to pick up an order and while I was waiting a worker walked towards the front from the back of the store touched a box lying in the trash picked it up out of the trash looked at it and put it back down in the trash then opened up the door to get more cookies out never washed her hands or changed gloves I honestly think she thought of reusing the box out of the trash I will not return. If she does that in front of customers, can you imagine what she does in the back? Major cross contanimation.

Everytime I go through the drive through they can never hear me on the speaker and it’s very frustrating. I have to practically yell and repeat myself about 3 times.
