I came to Twisted Sugar at the Queen Creek location. I placed a large order for 16 drinks. Josh was awesome!! He made all of the drinks PERFECTLY. He wrote all of the drink names on the cups legibly. Even though it was happy hour I would have gladly paid full price for this kinda service.

Took my family to Twisted Sugar today. Grace and Boone were epic. Super helpful and friendly. The cookies and beverages were sweet. Pun intended. Great recommendations. We are happy we came in. Keep up the great work.

Went in wednesday night and was met with fabulous service! The cookies, especially the cookies and cream, is the best on the menu. The two girls working, Shelby and Brooklyn are amazing and fast!

Cookies were good but....We were standing at register for 10 min before they took our order, when multiple employees saw us standing there. Plus the floors in the lobby are disgustingly sticky. Makes me question on the cleanliness in the back. If the lobby is that bad imagine the things we can't see!

Yes, yes, yes! Found this gem of a sugarhigh when we were eating at a restaurant two doors down from it. The cookies are amazing and we had a
Sundae with hot chocolate and brownies and this was a hit with 3 people in our party of 4. The other person ordered a box of scrumptious cookies. And although the sundae is rich and oh so good, it is just the right amount of food and it is only $5.50. There are cute little tables to sit at, but if you are in a hurry just use the drive through.

Tip top of their game when it comes to customer service. Quality and consistancy keeps me coming back to try more flavors from the menu! I love that they offer cookie of the day and lower rate, makes it easier to try cookies I might not try otherwise!

Used Too Good to Go app and store is supposed to offer a variety of cookies. But all they gave me was ew pumpkin butterscotch chip freezer burn cookies. They were literally straight from the freezer. When I inquired about the lack of variety, the employee was rude about it. Very unfriendly. Will not be returning. Was not worth the one star rating.

Clean, polite, and quick service. The food was delicious
