LOVE this place and the staff!

The kids always ask to eat at UGB! Our whole family loves it and it's often our first thought to offer our guests from out of town!

Been meaning to try Underground Burger for sometime now and finally had the chance to go. Food was cooked to order, so Hot and Fresh! Delicious! However it's not Underground. 🤣

Great food and the cashier that I had was so nice and so helpful!!

Went there today with my wife and I had a horrible experience. Ordered my meal (chicken tenders) and my fries along with my wife’s burger. We waited over 20 minutes and when the food came out the cashier says “oh yeah btw our frier for the chicken went down and your chicken was never made”. I was dumbfounded that he said nothing to me the entire time I was waiting. He then says “I can refund you or get the frier running and it will be another 20 mins or so after it gets warmed up”. I’ve never had this happen ever! How do you just not make someone’s lunch and then just say “keep waiting”. Absolutely horrible. I was forced to go to lunch somewhere else!
Also - the fries my wife and I got were awful. Sooo much salt and over seasoned. Just bad. We won’t be going back. Their burgers aren’t great either. Always burnt. Just gross

Great burgers, classic style. The fries came out a bit salty but good. No indoor seating, but a nice patio area. Brian has great customer service, he goes to the next step to make sure to take care of the customers which you don’t see often these days. Great food, seriously go for the burgers.

The food was ok and service was great but nowhere to sit and eat except outside and then just three tables.

These burgers are so good I’m from Seattle and I use to love burger Master there, Underground burgers has a very similar taste. I have found my AZ burger Masters if you know you know!

Im going to give a 3 star review because my husband was the first to eat a burger from here & he liked it a lot. Super Bowl Sunday my son brought Underground Burgers home for everyone. I was anxious to try one myself. About the 4th bite into my burger I came out with a human hair. Then another bite & another hair from someone’s head! I was done🙃I remember buying my husbands burger there a couple weeks ago & recall that no one was wearing a hat or net……..maybe it’s time guys🚀

Food is great. Recommend the waffle fries. Not really a dine in place. It is more of a carry out or delivery

Little expensive but well worth it, I would recommend anyone to try if they haven't to see for themselves, friendly service and great food! Henry helped me out and recommended the UGB added bacon and pickle and it was hit. My wife had the shake and says it was the best shake ever had! Cookie butter milkshake!!! unfortunately the flavors for the shakes change so you may not get this one but i'm sure they're all 5 star!

Great place to grab a burger to go. I'm gluten free- just sensitive, but they accommodate for allergies too! Gluten free buns and a dedicated fryer for fries. Burger and fries are expensive, but large portions and super fresh and delicious.

Easily the best gluten free bun I’ve had in 6 years of being gluten free.

When Underground first opened, we were ecstatic. The food was great, service was quick, and it quickly turned into our go-to quick service burger place. 5 stars.

Fast forward to now. The last few times we've gone, the burgers have been burnt. We thought hey, maybe the first time it happened was a fluke, but no. They have consistently been burnt over the last couple of months.

Service has also gone down hill. Tonight I ordered a shake on the app. Got there, and the guy tells me "well that's not a real thing and you must have entered that manually. Our vanilla ice cream machine is broken." Excuse me? Thanks for insinuating that I'm a liar. You're out of vanilla shakes? Totally fine, I'll just order a different one. But to act like I'm inconveniencing you because of an error in YOUR app is just rude. Also on the service note, this place should really bring back their pick up rack. It was pure chaos just trying to pick up food tonight that could have been avoided if the rack was still there.

I understand that I just had a bad night here, I get it. But it was extremely frustrating, and to have a burnt burger on top of the bad experience sucked. My son loves this place (when the burgers are good), so we'll inevitably be back. Fingers crossed the quality gets back up to where it used to be.
