This is by far my favorite burger spot in Queen Creek! The owners and staff are always so nice and accommodating. Would definitely recommend!

I have eaten UGB many times since the opened and my experience was mostly good.

The last few times I ordered, it was awful.

No flavor to the meat.
Meat is not fresh and is hard like it’s dry and over cooked
Fries are hot but I can they they were cooked fries that didn’t get used so were added back to the fryer.
UGB sauce, hit or miss if it is actually in the bag.

I won’t be eating here anymore. Quality is not worth the nearly $20 meal.

This was our first time ordering. I couldn’t justify a really low rating, but I certainly couldn’t give five stars. I the burger and waffle fries were delicious! And I was super happy about the availability of a gluten free bun. However, quality control could use some work maybe? I ordered mushrooms on my burger. I hope whoever places the one, singular mushroom slice was at least amused with themselves? I mean, leaving them off completely I could have chalked up to just an oversight, but one mushroom slice? 😅🍄‍🟫

We came in for our first time today. Service was great and the food was so tasty. We especially loved the crispyness of the fries. We will definitely be back. Probably the best fast food burger places we have tried.

Food is delicious and they offer options for the GF/DF folks! It’s a simple concept for modifiable burgers and chicken sandwiches served up quick. 15 minutes for our online order to be exact. The location is clean, however, doesn’t offer a sit-down experience aside from a few tables outside. So plan to get it to go! I recommend the double UGB with waffle fries!

The burger was hot, cheese melted to perfection. Didn't skimp on pickle or jalapenos.
Fast and courteous.

Really great burger! You can tell it was cooked fresh, and tasted like a home made hamburger! The staff was also very friendly! Will definitely be coming back!!
