This was the worst hamburger I've ever had from Wendy's. My bun was dry instigate of it being shipped with a 1/2 inch of mayo and the burger was overly salty. This was the first time I have ever been disappointed by a Wendy's.

30 minute wait for chicken tenders when there are no other cars in the drive thru is ridiculous. Next time just communicate? A simple “it’s gonna be a wait for tenders is that okay?” And I would have easily gotten something else. My drink is watered down…

Your store is dirty, walk in the floor is a mess, tables are dirty with food, and people's garbage from there orders. The cook is cooking comes out takes the trash from the trash cans, and goes straight back to the kitchen area, and starts making fries. It wasn't enough time to wash his hands. And cooking with his bare hands, no gloves. Yuki I will never go back to QC Wendy's, it seems to always have issues. Look at your staff through your camera management, this is probably why its so slow there. The CSR was not to friendly taking my order.

So the staff is kinda slow going, although a couple seem focused. The food had a foul odor to it, I can’t even explain the smell but it was sour and rotting. The manager said it’s a problem with the freezer/oven, or something. I’d recommend the FDA take a visit here immediately and the store figure out a way to solve this issue. My stomach hurts after just a couple bites, and I usually really enjoy Wendy’s breakfast. It’s a disgrace to fast food to experience stuff like this. Also, although the staff was slow they were professional and reasonable.

I threw out my food after I walked out and walked into threw up on the floor in the dining area. It's been there for a while. There were floor caution signs covering it but why not clean it up.

Went thru drive thru and ordered the family some fast dinner but got home and the order was missing items and the quality was garbage. Went in for a refund but then they tell me I need a reciept for a refund. We'll they not only forgot my food but also my reciept. As I was waiting for the manager to give a refund another customer came behind me, dining in, also missing items. Needless to say I won't be coming back here.

Placed order for 1- 3pc chicken tenders meal, and 2 - 4pc chicken tenders and a large chili. I was asked to pull up and oark because they needed to make more tenders. Waited 15 minutes. Finally got my order and drove home. When I got home, in the bag was a 3pc chicken tender meal, a box with 2 chicken tenders in it and a large cup of juice with 10 beans and a teaspoon crumbled meat. Bad on me for not checking before truting they could fill an order. I drove back to tell them they messed up my order. They said I would need until they made more tenders but could get nuggets instead. I waited 10 more minutes. I never got an apology. But I did get a few acceptable tenders and a few dried up nasty ones. I will never return to this resturaunt again.

Placed a mobile order, was told to wait in a spot after being able n the drive thru for around 15 mins because they hadn't triggered my order. Weird because I checked in at the speaker and then waited my turn. Then I watched as people that ordered behind me kept getting their food. Love Wendys, just not in Queen Creek

I had an issue in the beginning with my chili beans, However, the manager or the person that helped me made it right! She took care of me with no problem and without an attitude. I ate really comfortable and the food was delicious

Great food... Meal deals on app that makes you go back.. but had terrible phone reception inside to use it at this location. Self served drink despensor that you create any mix you may want to try:)

Great service, update to this old review. 8/31/2025 stopped in and A/C is out, it's apparently been out since Friday it was unbearable, I watched a lot of people leave , I feel so bad for the employees. I hope they get someone here immediately.
