This location is alright for the most part, but its either a hit or miss. This location often gives me TWO BOTTOM BUNS(how does this even happen?😭) and they're always hard and crusty, this happened more than once which really irked me, don’t recommend the burgers from here.

I place my orders through the mobile app specifically because I want to be assured that they have all the information, in print, to fulfill my order correctly. I recently moved to Queen Creek and have placed four app orders at this location. Every one has been served incorrectly!!! Most recently, today, I ordered two jr bacon cheese burgers with onions and pickles added to the burger. What did I get? Two jr bacon cheese burgers with only onion and pickle. All of the other condiments that are supposed to be on the burger were left off. It's just not that hard to follow orders. But this location can't seem to do it. And based on other reviews, I'm not the only customer experiencing this problem. MANAGER, get it together and train your employees!!!!

Dirty doors & tables, dirty refreshment bar. Out of cheese, out of tomatoes ( I was told ahead of time). Both of these go on a new menu item, very poor planning.

The lobby was very dirty, and we order a Pretzel Beconator and had no bacon. The only one working hard is the young lady in the front. The manager sucked, no leadership. She was just talking to another male employee. They just ran out of fries 🍟

Went for the Krabby Patty meal and they were out of the one thing that makes it the Krabby Patty: sauce. So I asked them for a single burger meal no tomatoes (my husband is allergic) a large coke and small vanilla frosty. Not only did I not get a frosty, the burger came with tomatoes and they gave me a large DIET COKE! Will never go to Wendy’s again. McDonald’s across the road from you is on top and actually have the items for their collabs.
