I visit the Wetzel Pretzel store every time I go to Walmart in Queen Creek, AZ which is about once or twice a month. I am so tired of them being out of the cheesy dog bites and then giving me a 45 minute wait! My neighbor confirmed the same issue! People, managers, team leads or whoever is in charge… do your job! I mean we’re talking about a little bit of dough (but you pay A LOT of dough for it) and some little weenies and butter. How hard is it to keep at least 2 in stock ready to sell??? I know this isn’t necessarily a Walmart issue but they should make sure that whomever is using their space inside the store is doing a satisfactory job at the very least.

I needed to drop a quick note here to leave some praise for this store and the manager Valerie. About three or four weeks ago I had a reception for my daughter’s wedding. Not a very big affair, but My daughter asked for Wetzel‘s pretzels to be at the reception. I got in contact with Valerie, after speaking with some of the employees in the store in Walmart, and Valerie got with me right away! She was professional, great communication, I felt like she was catering to a much more expensive order than it really was.
Valerie sent me pictures when I asked, answered my questions, and was texting me when she wasn’t even at work! I certainly wouldn’t expect that kind of service, but I can tell you you absolutely need to keep her around.
Of course, the order was perfect, ready on time, and everyone at the reception loved them. Kudos to the employees in the store who are always eager to help me, and did such a great job on the order.

What an absolute rip off. $18 for two things of pretzel bites, one of them being cinnamon (which use to come with the icing) to be charge $2.16 for a 2oz thing of icing. Will not be returning.
Ladies counting change at counter are rude AF. I checked Google and the site before making my way to the store. Hours posted are from 7am to 10 pm. I was told they don't open until 10. If that's the case why are you here 3 hours before opening? I know it's not to make fresh lemonade drinks because they have set spinning all night. Very rude and unacceptable behavior. Will not be returning in the future.

Normally I enjoy coming here, but you have to adhere to your hours online or else I'll be an unhappy customer. Showed up at 9:40 and they were dark even though it says they're open until 10
Outstanding service and delicious pretzels!

I got a bag of the regular pretzel bits & a bag of the cinnamon & sugar bits. They weren't that great & they were even less great the time before this visit. The pretzels were over cooked & dry. Not enough butter on them. I like to eat the leftovers the next day, but not this batch. Even after I warmed them up a little bit, they just weren't very good. The staff are definitely working hard, but it seems like there are issues with consistency. Maybe more training for everyone or spot checks by the owner. I think somebody should be checking the quality of the food they are putting out. And I wouldn't be coming down on the teenage kids that are working for you. I think they are doing their best. Whomever is in charge here though, must have chosen to ignore their reviews. They arent great. It wouldn't take much though & you could be Awesome! Keep at it. ?
Decent pretzels and got what I wanted but they sure took their sweet time even acknowledging me and another person was there. Then it seemed like there was an attitude problem like me ordering was an inconvenience. It’s been a while since I had a pretzel here and now I remember why.
Went in New Years day at about noon and got 2 bags of bites, get half way through the first bag to get to one that had a bite taken out of it. Disgusting! Wont be going back there again.
Delicious pretzels, dog bites and cheese bites when fresh. Be warned, these snacks cost as much as a meal at a sit down restaurant, so be prepared to spend $20 for a couple of items.I ordered 2 order of dog bites, but they only had 1 available for purchase?Customer service is a cold experience with 1 employee in particular at this location. The other employees are always friendly.
Pretzels are inconsistent in their tenderness and flavor.I have read the previous reviews and see that people commented that this location stops making pretzels at a certain time - so your're stuck with old ones if it's close to 8/830pm (depending on the day of the week - they close at 8pm or 830pm.) In the past, if we're at WalMart towards the last hour of the store's operation, the manager will offer us BOGO 1/2 off...so they don't have to trash as many leftovers. We have five kids still at home and love it when that timing works out. Unfortunately, lots of new staff there and they don't offer those specials apparently - one line employee told us so. I asked to speak with the manager, but was told that person was unavailable. You have to 'ask' for the manager's special.
