Out of all the east valley locations this one is the worst been here multiple times to see if it was an off day but after several visits it was the same they forget your order the food comes out cold no one acknowledges you and managers are poorly trained I will drive further just to eat Whataburger than give this location a 4th visit !!

OK, this was the second time trying this place and I have to say it sucks even worse than the first time. I sure hope the owners of this restaurant read these reviews. So we wanted to get a chicken version of the avocado bacon burger… The meal itself is $13.99. We had them remove the spicy pepper sauce and the tomatoes add mayo and add a chicken breast… This restaurant charged me an additional $3.30 for a chicken patty substitute… Bringing the total of the meal to almost $19. Of course, they have no idea what they’re doing in the kitchen, and put tomatoes on the sandwich and the spicy pepper sauce as well… so we had to have them remake it. I flagged down the manager, who could pretty much care less about my sandwich being messed up, she wrote on my receipt what exactly I wanted, and took it back to the kitchen… About 8 minutes later, they brought it out with different cheese that wasn’t melted, and I swear they rinsed off the chicken breast because I still had the spicy pepper sauce on the side of it… No apology, no second visit to our table, nothing by the management . But, they were all too busy hanging around and talking because I could hear them all yapping loudly while we were eating our dinner it, was extremely unprofessional. Then when I spoke to the manager about the price of the meal, she didn’t say anything but “yup “ . The fries were super salty, the best part about the meal were the onion rings… We will never go to Whataburger again and I sure hope this is read by the ownership of the restaurant because they are doing an extremely poor job. Another example was when I was waiting for the sandwich to be remade. A customer came in through the lobby and waited at the counter over five minutes, having to go around the corner to flag somebody down in the back to have them come up and ring him up. Check the video from Friday, September 6 between 2 and 3 PM. Also to make things worse, they did not give me back my receipt and when I asked the person at the front counter, they asked me what my order number which of course I had no idea what it was the manager, then made a point to come out and say that she threw away my receipt and re-printed it and just handed it to me, no apology for the messed up Food no apology for the poor service… I’m a manager at my job and if I would’ve done that, I would’ve been fired. Ownership, please reach out to me. I still have my receipt they reprinted I can give you all the information about the time and people, etc..

horrible food. you could cook the food a bit more before giving it out. fries were cardboard, bacon was barely edible, ranch was watery. must i go on?

Very convenient location.
The food is cooked properly input together as it should be. The staff is very friendly. The only thing is the counter is out of you from the kitchen. This makes it rough on the employees. They always have to check to see if someone's at the counter. Do they do a great job about it. But it makes your job harder than what it should be. I have a suggestion and that's a monitor at the drive-thru window register. So from the kitchen they can monitor the front counter. And have it make a tone that lets them know someone is at the counter. Also with counter in the position that it's in. Set up an optional self-serve ordering station.
Great place to enjoy good food. My regular sit down or drive through choice.
