Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings

The staff is so friendly, bringing that true Southern hospitality out to the West Coast. The taste and flavors are absolutely top tier. I’ve been waiting well over a year for Zaxby’s to open nearby, i drove 45min and it was worth it! Nothing has changed since when I worked Zaxby’s in Jacksonville, FL back in high school 20 years ago—it still feels like home.

Zaxby's has been a staple in our family since I was seven years old. It's been an honor to be able to eat tongue torch for that amount of time as of one of the biggest Zaxby's fans! Our little family was so excited to hear yall were coming out to AZ & competing against Canes… I know yall already number one and we prove it to everybody else with their excellent service. Great food and many flavor choices. It's just an excellent place to bring your family for a good time. A good meal at a great price. come here as soon as possible as many times as possible you won't regret it. We gladly drive the 45 min to get there and hope they build another quickly!! Next one should be in tukee or Tempe!

I read several 1 star reviews from impatient people wanting super fast drive thru during a grand opening... unbelievable people. The original opening was supposed to be late last year but delays in construction cost a later date. The owners and staff are doing a amazing job serving the public in an area as large as Phoenix. This is a new restaurant in a state that has no others l Iike it. It will calm down in a few weeks. If you are a Karen I would suggest you just stay home until the opening craze wears off. I drove in from Tucson because i knew how great Zaxbys is and was willing to wait how ever long it took. I am from Georgia where Zaxbys is king of chicken. I was excited to hear that Az was getting one finally. I couldn't wait to see if Az would stick to what works or try to put a spin on a classic. I was pleasantly surprised that this location kept everything exactly like it should. The service was warm, welcoming and very southern like. Great job to cashier Ally. She reminded me of back home southern hospitality. The owners made there way around to ensure everything met expectations. Even the sweet tea was just like home. Az doesn't know how to do sweat tea but this location got it spot on. I spent $80 getting my meals and even buying some to go fingers for my next meal or two. Az is lucky to have this location. I would even go as far as to say this location was the cleanest, friendliest and probably fastest I have ever eaten at and I have ate at more than 30 locations all up and down the east coast. Canes have been put on notice that the REAL king of chicken has arrived in Arizona!

Wish I could review this place more than once, I was so excited. I tried to order and get some Zaxbys on Friday, the place was closed during posted open hours. Finally went today and got some. The drive thru was so long it took an hour to go through. They got my order wrong, didn't give me a receipt, then when I said my order was wrong after they gave me the wrong food allowed me to correct my order. The corrected order was wrong, ordered tenders and got wings. Bad start Zaxby's

Just moved to Arizona a month ago and I absolutely loved this chicken! So fresh and juicy and had a nice kick wayyyy better than canes

Unorganized Chaos to say the least…
Drove an hour an of course I expected a wait of some sort but to be told 1 1/2hrs just to take the order an wait just about as long for the food? Not to mention someone had the genius idea to put this place on DoorDash the same week of a Grand Opening (Not available now at the moment) AND allowing mobile orders. Best bet is to wait until the hype is down otherwise be prepared to be hangry…

Drove from Phoenix to get Zaxbys. Being from South Carolina we have been missing it. Food was great and Ethan was nice and attentive. He checked on us as we ate and made sure everything was great. Good job.

Thank you Jordyn, Chance and Ethan for making the experience so awesome. I haven’t had Zaxbys in almost 20 years. I had high expectations, hoping it was everything I remember from back then and it was. I came for the sauce. The chicken was yummy too. Actually seasoned as well as the fries. Canes wishes it could be that good. I definitely recommend the drive to see for yourself.

Update your hours that’s rude as hell and a waste of gas

All the Karens (of all genders) on here screaming about how eleven teenagers couldn’t feed 14,000 people in six minutes are really something else. Chill out, folks. Why don’t YOU grab ten randos and serve lunch to sixty-four cars that just pulled into your driveway? You buncha little batches.

That being said, give it a few weeks to cool off if you’re hoping for a normal fast food time commitment.

First timers, we arrived at 9:00 pm closes at 10pm, to be turned away due to a high volume of online orders drove a distance which is disappointing.
