I wanted to order Pizza at 8:30 pm and they never answered me. They are supposed to close at 9 pm. Very bad service and they didn't accept my order online. I placed the order in Nogales, Az, and if they accepted it there, I had to go down from Rio Rico. az to nogales, I hope they fix that service

This place is a joke,its always the same thing here ! Have to wait for a Hot & Ready pizza that's supposed to be already ready !!! It's just a pepperoni pizza ! & the employees here are always rude !! Avoid this place , just go to Pizza Hut Nogales ! Or Papa John in Greenvalley!

The pizza was ok.. it's pizza, but what bothered me the most was that the 2nd person that came to the drive through window was rude and only spoke to me in Spanish, I get that Rio Rico is a border town but it's still in the United States so why do they expect everyone to speak Spanish. I understand it but not great at speaking it. I spoke to her in English and she kept responding in Spanish so she clearly understood me. If you work in the US and deal with customers you should be required to speak English. I go to Mexico and don't expect them to speak English, I am Mexican American so I'm not just being prejudiced.

Arrived at 7:45PM to pick up the order from the lobby (closes @ 8PM) girl was locking the lobby door without explanation. I knocked on the window, ignored first 3 knocks. A second lady opened the door & said, "go thru the drive thru", we closed the lobby already, I asked why if the lobby closes at 8PM, said the store manager agreed to close early.Had to wait in line in drive thru to pick up.
I loved the pizza, very delicious and the bread is not burnt

Terrible service, they never have pizzas ready, the wait is from 25 to 35 minutes, that's what we expected, we have never received them immediately as the slogan says.
