Manny's Vaquero Burgers

Food is good, and the prices are quite reasonable. Manny is a very friendly and personable guy, and the ladies who also work there are nice as well. There are a few things that potential patrons should know. One is that the place is very small. There's only about five or six tables, so if you go at a busy time, you won't get a seat. Second is that Manny is the only cook, and he only cooks one order at a time. If he is busy, you will wait a long time before you get your food. Definitely worth a visit, but try to go when he isn't busy.

I wanted to go on a long bike ride today, but I always like it better when I have a destination and Manny”s was perfect! I read the reviews and decided to make the bike ride over from Tubac. The burger and fries were fantastic and so was Manny and his staff, so friendly and super nice! Thanks again for a nice lunch.

Grabbed a Philly Cheesesteak and a burger to go with a friend and found this place to be pretty amazing! The story behind the Restaurant is amazing and the food was pretty great too. The only drawback is it's a very small dining area, and the prices are up there for what you get on your plate, but the Quality is definitely there.

Another great local shop in Rio Rico. Very good and friendly service. The owner/cook treats you like family and the burgers are really tasty.

Manny’s Cowboy Burgers are AMAZING! If you are in Tubac AZ shopping go south 15 minutes for lunch or dinner! Authentic!!!

Today I had the WORLD'S BEST STEAK BURGER (1/3 lb.) at Manny's Vaquero Burgers in Rio Rico, AZ. Manny is a retired rodeo cowboy who worked his way through college as a chef. He knows the local ranchers, buys the finest beef and tops it with caramelized onions, green chili, cheese, his special sauce (spicy) on a grilled brioche bun. Yum! He'll play guitar and sing an old cowboy song, too. He's such fun, a real hoot! ??❤️?

We had burgers, onion rings and fries and they were excellent. Friendly staff and the owner takes pride in his business. Glad we found this little hidden gem, will certainly return next time we are in the area.

This cook is excellent and is very personable. I ordered a burger and fries with a coke. This is a great place to go and you can buy freshly made tortillas next door.

Mannie's is the place to go for a burger in S AZ, he fixes his ground beef out of good beef they are cooked to order when you come in, if you don't like his food maybe you should move to New york!

A no-frills eatery, excellent food -quite possibly the best burger ever!!, made to order, and excellent service. We will most definitely return!

Manny its Da Man he made one if the Best Burgers in da World ...Maybe it turned out perfectly cooked inside, but it was totally flavorless. Or maybe the outside had a nice char and buttery flavor, but the inside was PERFECTO. But when you go to one of the 101 best burger spots in America, the patty is beautifully cooked on the inside, satisfyingly charred on the outside and packed with beefy flavor. Totally Going Back...??
