The cheese pizza was not exceptional. Cheese was some kind of blend of cheddar and mozzarella, sauce was bland, crust was just okay. I had a glass of water with the pizza that tasted like it came out of garden hose. Restaurant decor was nice.

Where did you guys find Javier? This guy is such a professional that Nogales has been needing. The food at Hendrix is good, but Javier takes the establishment to a whole new level. He did the most simple things; basic customer service! I felt noticed & taken care of! Sadly, that is a rare in experience in Nogales. Bravo to this young man for his acts of kindness!

Honestly the food is awesome which is why we go back, however, today we picked up some pizzas and server was upset that I left a five dollar tip for a takeout order. I could have not tipped at all since it is takeout. Made me not want to come again, and I know the owners personally so it’d be great to see some change in the customer service aspect. We waited an extra 15 min from the 30 min expected wait time for the food, but that was fine. It really seemed like the server was ungrateful for a tip on an order she really didn’t do much work for besides pack it up.
