I tried eating at your Subway July 24th at 4:30 and was completely ignored for 10 minutes while the 2 employees stood around chatting with 2 apparent friends. There was nobody else in the place. I just stood there patiently waiting for them to stop talking and take my order. No "hello I will be right with you," nothing!! They just kept talking, laughing, and swearing back and forth while I stood there completely shocked by the unprofessional behavior of your staff. I started to leave and they made no attempt to finally greet me, or stop me from leaving and maybe finally serve me. Seriously the worst! No worries that won't ever happen again with me. Never ever going back!!!! These two guys working at your store are a complete embarrassment to Subway. July 24th at 4:45 Check the schedule.

Worst service I can imagine every time I go in they always have music playing and they can't hear me over the music. Ask them to put stuff in and they don't put enough also ordered on mobile app and they forget to put an ingredients in my sandwich and then when they do put ingredients they put 1 or 2. I will not recommend this place at all. If I could I would ask for my money back but I'm hungry so I'm going to eat my sandwich.

Just came from Subway, one guy behind the counter making sandwiches and ringing up on the register. The line was almost to the door, the whole time he was friendly fast and worked clean. Sorry I didn't get his name, but the owners should give him a raise!

I'm not a confrontational person so i didn't say anything when it happened but the older guy (i believe the owner) working at the shop charged me for double meat and then also added a charge for extra pepperoni on my sub. I did ask for double meat but this guy didn't even do that. It was the regular serving of meat and i got charged like at least 5 extra dollars on my meal.

The past 6 times I’ve ordered online ordering my order was completely wrong each time. Every time I order 4+ subs and sides and each time the subs weren’t toasted even though it said it on the receipt and I even put it in the comments. I ordered two subs with avocado and they were out so instead of telling me they just let me find out on my own and didn’t offer a refund seeming as it’s almost $3 per sub. I ordered a salad and they were out of salad bowls apparently so they literally just made a sub instead with hardly any lettuce so my “salad” had bready lettuce and toppings. I’ve ordered cookies with 3 of those orders and they didn’t put them in any of those times I had to go back inside and get them. I just don’t understand how they mess up so bad and it’s clear to me the people working are incompetent and don’t care enough to make a sub. I figured I would start ordering inside instead but that was a nightmare. I ordered a meatball sub after I wait for the lady to finish her phone call on her cellphone and she starts making me a tuna I told her three times almost a yell the third time I never said tuna please stop making it I asked for meatball. She continues to ignore me and make the whole tuna sub with cheeses and asks me what veggies I want then I told her again I never once said tuna I really don’t want tuna and she looks at me blankly then sets it aside and waits until we walk out to eat it. Very unprofessional. I’ve lived in Rio Rico for a couple years now and at first this subway was amazing with incredible staff and now it has went so downhill to a almost laughable state.

This is our 2nd try with this place & probably The Last. Using their Online Pick Up Menu, We chose 3 different sandwiches- 2 warm sandwiches for tonight & 1 cold for tomorrow.We took a Lot of time choosing the ingredients that could be 'edited' as to 'less, more, extra' etc. NONE of that was followed in what we received! First warm sandwich was Soaked with sauce & included items we did not want, 2nd sandwich did not contain the Combination of meats that were described. Bread was Saturated with the excessive amounts of Sauces!Hot Sauce!Very Poor Service ice! Everything Thhown together as if No Attention at All was paid to the online Menu Selections! Absolutely Awful! We used the Order Online Ap so we could customize our sandwiches yt apparently No One paid a bit of attention to the Choices or Exclusions we made. My husband wanted Extra/ Double protein ut it wound up on My sandwich or not at all. I had cucumber on my Heated sandwiche which I didn't ask for, etc. All 3 sandwiches were Thrown together & the bread was of Poor Quality & Soggy! Never Again!

Our 2nd try with this place & probably our last. Ordered 3 sandwiches, 2 Warmed, 1 cold for tomorrow. We spent a Lot of time on the Takeout website choosing from the 'Edit' possibilities so we could add extra meat, eliminate some vegetables, cut back on Others, etc. What we got cost over $30 & 2/3 of it was almost Inedible! Soggy Saturated bread, cucumbers on a previously warmed sandwich, way too much Hot sauce Although we requested Less on their Edit page & hardly enough meat not to mention that the Cold Sub did Not contain the Combination of meats requested but some kind of Tasteless chopped stuff! ALL literally Thrown together!! Beware!

I called to place an order and i was talking to jackie the manager she was so rude and her lack of costumer service is awful. No patience at all she needs to work on her costumer service skills if not why is she a manager. And she hung upOn me awful service from this lady!

Bad experience inside this subway location, called the store manager to address my issue , they hangup, I expected a call from the manager Jackie, she never returned my call. don’t recommend this location period.
