Natalie is really rude to me and my family all we got was ice creams 1 kids meal and 2 burgers as soon as we started ordering she had such a big attitude I wanted to cancel my whole order just cuz her attitude

I visit this place regularly and to be honest I only go for the food because the service is not the best, one time I placed an order with them and they gave me something different, if you don't ask for condiments like tomato ranch sauce or even paper towels no They offer you nothing, there are a couple of ladies who work there who are always in a bad mood and the other workers look stressed, as I said, only the food is good. I hope they can change their attitude because it is a good restaurant.

Food here is great. Great American Wendy's food!!! The customer service needs work. I don't believe it is the workers themselves as most of them are young and need guidance. I think it is very POOR management. Probably even more above management because management is not trained appropriately. Thx.
The is the best Wendy's I've ever had. The help Nissan always smiling and ready and willing to help you. The food is always fresh. The lobby is always clean, even during busy spells, these guys are on top of it! I would recommend this place for anyone traveling or just looking for a great bite to eat.

The ice coffee they make is so bad like really really bad. Ive had the same order of ice coffee every morning for the past months. One days it's okay, others it's horrible and dark and other days it tastes like straight up creamer. Horrible stuff and I get it everyday because it comes with my breakfast my bf gets me. So from now on I'm going to ask him for soda for breakfast. No more coffee from Wendy's I rather die. Service is way too slow because of the limited workers and the amount of people who go through the drive thru too
