Still waiting on my refund from these crooks. We were told a 45 minute wait. We waited an hour and were then told it would be another 30 minutes. That's double the estimated wait time. When we asked for a refund so we could leave we got nothing but attitude. Was told 3-5 days for a refund. That was 10 days ago!! They even had the audacity to add the tip for food we never received! Trust me. Go somewhere else.

was about 8 of us. got there and ordered 4 apps for table, a burger, pizza, and tenders. we had to notify waitress multiple times just get our drink order she had taken 15 min before (pitchers of water). 40 min into waiting we only received tenders. didn’t say nothing thinking the rest would come out shortly. it did not. nobody ever came to check on us and when we went to pay she tried to charge us for everything we did not get. took about 3 tries for her to understand that we were not paying for food we had never received. spent over 2 hours there and we only recieved one of the 7 items we ordered.

I wanted to bring something to your attention about my recent order. I ordered a supreme pizza with extra bacon, but what I received was a pizza overloaded with bacon and missing most of the other toppings—definitely not a supreme.

When I pointed this out, the staff took the pizza back to add the missing ingredients, but even after that, green peppers were still missing, and the bacon was overcooked and the crust was burnt.

Would you be okay with eating something like this? I was really disappointed with the quality and accuracy of the order.

On May 30th about 9 of us stopped there for lunch. We had no idea what we were getting into, but it was some of the best food we’d had in our travels. Some had tacos, some salads, some pizza, but there was not a complaint from any one. We sat outside and the weather was very cooperative and a great time was had by all. I would highly recommend this place, and I look forward to going back. We are from Payson/Star Valley. Thank you!

Service is Terribly Slow, waited over 1 hour for our food. Too bad great location

I had a terrible experience at this restaurant. Despite being among the first customers when it opened at 11:30 am, we waited an outrageous amount of time for our food. The two people ahead of us ordered, and after placing our order, we finally received our meals at 1:40 pm. We ordered four items: a Caesar salad, mac and cheese for the two kids, and a chicken sandwich. When the mac and cheese arrived, it was hard, and the kids refused to eat it. I will not be returning to this restaurant.

When we got there today they we're busy and we told them that we would wait 45 minutes for our pizza! An hour and a half later our pizza wasn't even in the oven 🙃 😐!!! Told them just give our money back and our 5 dollar tip she said, that it's not my problem that the kitchen didn't get your food out and kept it! She was rude and we definitely won't be back and we will tell our friends! We went somewhere else told them about our experience and they said, that they have been hearing bad things about the place as well!!!!

Took an hour and a half to get our food. In the meantime the waitress never came and checked on us to see if we needed drinks or refills to maybe keep us occupied in the meantime. When my burger came out it was so salty that it was unedible. Everything was very expensive and not worth pennies on the dollar. Save yourself some time and do not eat here. Or stop here. Probably the worst service and experience I've had in my life.

The customer service was fine. Staff was perfectly friendly but maybe didn’t check in as much as is typical. Outdoor seating was dirty and had bird poop all over the tables and counter. Bar counter was also not very clean nor was most of the restaurant. Food took 45min to come out for a cold wrap. It was fine but nothing special. Honestly nothing remarkable about this place, I would find another spot to eat.

We came in today for a meal ordered at 11:45am and still did receive our food until 1:30pm worst experience ever. Brooke was by far the worst employee ever! Hate to say it but I hope she looses her job.

Took over 1 hour to get 3 burgers & wings. They were NOT busy. I've been here when it's packed inside and out but that was not the case. Food was good but I could have driven to Globe & back faster.

Asked our waitress a question about a menu item so she had someone from the kitchen come out to answer it. This lady had a filthy shirt and a vape in her hand. Proceeded to order anyway as restaurant looked clean. The prime rib sandwich didnt come out until after everyone else was done eating and it was prepared wrong (with onions), missing the au jus, and on burned bread. They had to remake it. The kids cheese pizza was hard as rock. It also had to be remade and my son still couldnt eat it the 2nd time. Waitress didnt even came to check on us despite all these issues. Should have ordered the burger. Disappointing experience. Won’t be back.

The tacos and pretzel bites were good; however the pizza, was horrible. We didn’t finish it. The staff were friendly. Unfortunately, haven’t found a restaurant like Dillon’s at Lake Pleasant at another lake in AZ yet.
