I came in and ordered my food and they handed me my order before my receipt finished printing! Super fast and friendly staff. Order is usually what I actually ordered.
Theirs this short older Manager that looks familiar. She be looking like the Butcher in American Horror story, let me just say she definitely be butchering something back there because she gave my beef and cheddar a hawk-tuh. When I confronted her about it she started chanting gibberish. Arby’s get your act together.

Worst experience at Arby's of safford. The cashier was rude while ordering and the assistant manager Ashley was just leaning on the front counter chatting it up with the cashier. Ashley was also rude to my partner when receiving the food, the "burger" is underwhelming and tasted like a discounted Big Mac.

Went in because my app wasn't working nobody helped me it was too bad so sad...shame on you manager help your customers..
Went there the day before yesterday... The food was HORRIBLE!!!!!!I have been there many many times in the past and it was great. There was barely any beef in the classic they were flat and the fries were old .. not just cold but old. I've tried for 2 days to contact them by phone hoping for some rectification of the issue but no one will answer the phone it only rings until it automatically hangs up ..did not get the special ordered instead got a total of 3 sandwiches and 4 old and cold fries $41.00 advertising app special's of 5 for $5 classic roast beef.. didn't happen horribly horribly BAD FOOD

Did the 2 for $6, roast beef sandwich and chicken sandwich which were fine. They do seem to be smaller than they used to be. Also ordered curly fries but more than half the fries were crunchy bits and pieces so NOT WORTH the medium price we paid
