Slow. The Chicken on the chicken sandwich was dry and not fresh. Super annoying when they make you pull up with no one behind.
The service has always been great at this location. Sometimes I feel like there are too many good items to choose from on the menu. But having the ability to have that many choices can be a good thing. Very nice to see the potato cakes are back.

I ordered 3/9/25 on the mobile app about 3:45. I had no issues with the food. The food was quickly done, hot, right. My issue was the women’s restroom sink wasn’t working (no running water at all). I addressed that to the lady up front and that maybe a sign should be put on the door acknowledging the issue. She said she was aware and that she just got there around 2. She wasn’t rude about it.
In a food establishment it’s unsanitary for customers and employees who can’t wash their hands. The issue was also known for almost 2 hours and not addressed.

This Arby's had lowered the amount of roast beef they put on our sandwich we ordered. I was very disappointed. But they did bring back the hashbrowns.
