when issues are brought up to the manager she dismisses them. without even offering so much as an apology. staff are vicious when off the clock, and will verbally harass you on your way to your vehicle and assault you while you are getting into your vehicle.

Delicious food (hot pastrami sandwich on Texas toast with caramelized onions and melted Swiss cheese, handcut fries), attentive service, and atmosphere perfect for a roadhouse.

Love the food from The Trailhead Hideaway . The service is always great ! Friendly people & service is spot on ! They now offer DoorDash . We ordered tonight & our food arrived quickly . Everything was exceptional.

Fries were not good. Seasoned well but way too crispy and stale. Tasted like they had been fried twice. The double bacon cheeseburger was good. The flavor was there and the buns were soft. Not worth the price. My wife and I paid almost $40 for a mediocre burger and burnt fries.

my wife and I put in a to go order, my wife ordered boneless mango habanero wings. After opening the box and seeing the wings had very little sauce my wife went back in to ask for a couple more cups of the sauce for her wings, they tell her they couldn’t find the sauce to give them a minute. After a few minutes of looking they come out and inform my wife that they just put hot buffalo sauce on her wings because the kitchen couldn’t find the right sauce when they originally made them. They did not inform me of this when I originally picked up the food and did not mention it until my wife went back in. They did offer to remake the wings properly but the fact that it was made incorrectly and had my wife not gone back in we would not have known until getting home will stop us from ordering again

I'm conflicted because I love a good dive, but the food and service was awful. I read reviews to select this place and all I have to say about the food is, "I guess if you're drunk enough any burger is the best burger in town."
The bars on the window definitely indicate that it's a totally safe place to hangout after darkness falls - an indication of a true dive bar.
People in various states of intoxication were scattered across the establishment - which quickly let me know this is my kind of place (dive).
The toilet seat in the women's restroom was in a state of true dive bar status - you could see the wood base through the peeling paint of the seat.
This definitely looks like the type of place where people pee in the parking lot.
The bull riding and hunting on the various TVs definitely scored bonus points.

Best customer service and great food!

I can personally tell you I have been assaulted there twice & the last time a police officer came to talk to me the owner stuck up for the man who kicked me in my stomach ended up asking me if I want to send to the county attorney office he was an older man I declined but they 86 and trespass me. So if they don't like you or know you personally "a regular " your not safe. Not a family friendly environment & if your a woman don't go alone. It's very dirty no front cameras so their word against yours in the middle of no where.

Great "hole in the wall" in Safford! The service was great..considering they are a small restaurant with a small wait staff they were EXCELLENT. The waitress/bar tender was phenomenal and was super pleasant.
We ordered the Philly cheese steak sandwich, a bacon cheeseburger, a pretzel, pickle chips, and boneless wings. Everything was hot and delicious.
The pickle chips could be more crunchy, but no complaints on the taste.
Wonderful place. Treat the wait staff kindly when you stop by!

Arrived at the Trail Head Hideaway bar just as the lunch crowd was beginning to leave. We found a table and sat down. The waitress was running the whole time, bussing tables, taking orders, tending bar, and delivering food. We ordered our food, and it took the waitress 15 minutes to bring us our drinks. After a waiting for another 40 minutes, 55 total minutes later, we paid for our drinks and left hungry. What a disappointment!

Me and the wife love the steak dinner deal. I've always gotten takeout, so I can't really say what the atmosphere is like, except that it's always busy, and everyone seems to be having a good time.
