Always have to park and wait to get your food for at least 10 minutes, even if there are no other customers. Staff (at least in the drive thru) is so rude it is almost comical. 2 stars because at least my order was right!

I really wanted a guac burger and was at walgreens, so I gave this place another chance, and it turns out probably it's last. Ordered 2 guacamole bacon burger meals. Neither had guacamole, and one had a sad single piece of bacon. I went through the drive-through, and they had me pull to the front to wait for my order. This is not the first time to do this at this location or fast food restaurant. The wait wasn't as long as I thought it would be, so that's a plus. My last complaint was waiting beside the window for 30 minutes. Due to the consistent bad experience, i will no longer be a customer here. They really need to hire more staff.

I’ve had to wait here for a single sandwich for over 45 minutes in the past and I usually don’t complain but tonight I got here 20 minutes before close and the doors were locked, no one answered at the drive thru and when we pulled up to the window, you can see the employee trying to hide in the back, we went through the drive thru a second time and they had turned off the lights in the window 10 minutes before close to act like they weren’t there, this place literally has the worst service of anywhere in town

I wish the playplace was more secured, the netting was torn in a few places, which caused kids to go places they shouldn't, but everything else was awesome!
I went through the drive thru and paid my 7:52pm. I ordered a double bacon cheeseburger and 3 pc chicken tender. I was asked to park (no biggie). After waiting until 8:19pm I went back through the drive thru to ask about the order and finally left with food in hand at 8:22. I was told they had to defrost the chicken. I asked for them to cancel it as the burger had been sitting for half an hour and I waited a half an hour for three chicken strips the size of my thumb. On a Friday night chicken should not have to be thawed. That could've been mentioned when I ordered and I would've asked for something else.

Fast, friendly and my sandwich wasn't just slopped together, fries were fresh and didn't taste like they'd been fried in old overused grease, and not thrown all over in the bag. Really sweet girl at the drive through window! Decent price.

Staff had little to no clue what orders were who's barely served people their orders when they were done. Most people dining in had to go ask for their order when it wasn't brought to them.

It took a very long time to get the food as staff seemed to have taken a break after we ordered food for a family of six inside. The burgers were older and the guacamole bacon burger was messy with the sauces all over. The floors were sticky from the soda machine. The bathroom hallway area smelled like sewer. There is no air circulation in the play area leaving it smelling like feet and it was humid. My 8 year said there were areas of equipment broken on the upper part of the play area. Several tables had not been wiped down.
