The food was awesome! The service sucked! Girl at the register had zero personality.. not even rude really just.. nothing. Should probably move her to the back and replace her with someone that has communication skills. Honestly I probably won't go back in 🤷♀️

Bad drive-thru experience today July 28, 2025! Ordered two kids’ meals—no toys, not even packaged separately. The cashier seemed to be having a bad day, she looked miserable - zero customer service skills. I had to ask for 2 bags to separate the kids meals for my little ones... left me wondering if the kids meals include a toy? Crap service! Now I remember why I Carl's Jr is not in the top of my list.

The lady had a bad attitude and was on her phone. She ignored me and closed the window when I told her we were missing a drink. All the drinks had a weird taste.
Focus Carl's Jr cold food just thinking about how they did me making me feel angry no one should have to fell the way I am cuz they are surviving garbage... Order number 386626 ... Oh yeah and we tried looking up the phone number online and the number on the receipt which they both didn't work how inconvenient
