The waitress assumed our order. She put it in according to her assumption. She could have made double if she would have listened to the order. We left hungry. The menu is not updated with the correct prices.

I took my friend here for his birthday and we were a little underwhelmed. The place looks nice, but when you've waited really long for your shrimp appetizer and you see the cook take it off the grill... and then it's just sitting there... and when the waitress finally shows up again and brings it over and you realize that it was your food and it's now cold... it's not a happy start to your meal. The shrimp were flavorful, steak and ribs were good too, the chicken was thin and dry and the bread rolls weren't to our taste either. It wasn't bad, but for the 100 bucks that we spent with 2 people, it was not great either. If you do go there, try to avoid the bathroom: the stalls are so far off the ground that you actually see the other person's butt. Personally, I prefer more privacy.

I got food poisoning! I went last night and woke up early this morning to vomite multiple times. I’m currently dealing with horrible stomach cramps and diarrhea! On top of all this the rolls were burnt, the service was slow and bad even though the place was empty, and it took almost an hour to get our food!I will NERER go back!

A family business that is a bit of a mixed bag. Stopped there after a day of sightseeing. First thing that we noticed was a very young staff busing and waiting tables. I will admit that I was impressed how hard they were working. However, it took forever for us to get a table. Once we were seated it took a while for us to get our drinks. I suspect that this had to do with much of the staff being underage. It was an older lady who took our drink order. Mom's wine was fantastic, however, my manhattan was weak. We wanted to order the prime rib, but were told they ran out. I then requested the t-bone. They ran out of that of that also. We ended up ordering the 14 oz steak and the pork chop. Shortly thereafter we were served dinner roles that were out of this world! Warm and very tasty! However, the salad reminded us of grass clippings. The steak and pork chop were great. The mashed potatoes were tasty, but cold.

Was there Feb 23/24. Service was slow and terrible. Meal was cold and not worth the money. Smoky in restaurant due to cooking and poor ventilation. I would not recommend to eat here.

Had my worst experience in a restaurant here. There close to 3 hours. Just for appys and burgers. With another couple our appys and theirs were 20 minutes apart. I think kitchen missed theirs. In the mean time meals were cooked and put under the warmer. When they came out at the 1.75 hour mark the fries were shriveled and cold, my salmon was so dry difficult to eat. Burgers were good. Asked for new fries for 3 people.Waited 20 minutes for those. They came all in one basket. Asked to speak to manager, another 10 minutes. She came and agreed to compensation and would be right back with the bill. Another 20 minutes. Got 50% off meals at this point we were done. Wine came in beer glasses. Went looking for our bills then still had to wait 10 minutes to pay. It was busy, but dirty Table wasn't washed. Open kitchen very very smokey in restaurant Hard on the eyes. Poor ventilation. Service poor, little to no apologies offered. Had to ask for cutlery and empty appy dishes to be removed. Brittney the waitress was quietly indignate and impatient. And then when we started to voice our displeasure with meals. She avoided us and never did come over again to our table. Poor understanding of wine menu.

Really not sure how this place could be so consistently awful. I truly believe the only reason they’re still in business is because they’re the only joint in town with a decent atmosphere. Otherwise it’s ALWAYS nearly an hour wait for the food - busy or not. Then when it comes out it is always in between dry or undercooked, or the outside is over cooked and the inside is under cooked from the fryer being too high. I’ve given this place chances time and time again and always regret spending my money there. We only kept going because a couple of the girls behind the bar are really sweet and there’s literally no other options in town. Otherwise, menus been the same for over 10 years, little to no options, and management knows this which is why I think they never do better. As a previous food service worker who has genuine respect and sympathy for people who work in the industry, I can confidently warn you that this place is not worth the money and you will be disappointed. Maybe ok for a drink or two but plan to wait ages for that as well. It’s sad because I’m sure it would have great potential under the right management.

The place was practically empty but the service was still sad-she didn't know if they had wine, we had to ask for the bread, salad overflowing the plate, and the steaks themselves almost inedible. The filet mignon ordered medium rare was medium well and the NY strip ordered medium was medium rare and chewy. Don't go here.

I've been here a few times and this is the second time I've experienced poor service. I sat for about 10 min as the waitress (bar tender) Alisa was engaged in a conversation before acknowledging me. My burger was not cooked as I requested for a well- done burger. The fries were cooked in old dirty grease. I mean, I could squeeze the grease from the fries. I actually came home a vomiting because of the grease. I looked across from the bar and noticed that two gentlemen ordered the same meal, and from what I could see, there's were done right. She was very attentive to the gentlemen. Now I'm feeling like I was treated differently because of the color of my skin. I honestly will not be going back. I actually use to like this place.

Probably the worst bang for your buck at any restaurant in Safford. Service is extremely poor. $12 for day-old potato skins - 2 potatoes cut in half with burnt cheese and bacon bits. Cold garlic mashed potatoes. Had to eventually ask for rolls because they were never brought by the server. Our steaks were brought before anything else including the day-old potato skin "starter". The ribeyes were luke warm, unseasoned, and very stringy. So stringy that they were hard to chew. I've never spent $34 on a 14 oz ribeye that I could barely eat. One steak was supposed to be medium-well but was rare (almost blue). We tried to eat it to be nice, but couldn't even get through half of it before we said something. The manager couldn't even be bothered to say sorry. The manager did save us a whole $6 on the steak. "Manager's Discount"!Either go somewhere else or save your money and cook your own steak at home. It will definitely be better.
