The food was awesome the service was awesome but the damn police in this town need to slow there rolll a Safford. Cop followed me from the new circle k all the way to dominoes then waited across the street and then followed me all the way to power line rd where he turned around I mean cone on when's enough enough.... I guess I just need to file harassment charges......

Horrible service I ordered my pizza for a pick up 2 hours before I said forget it. It's always like this chaos and so disorganized. Get some real leadership in the safford Dominions.

Service was lousy and expecting a tip. My order was ready and they never called me. And the guy behind me that ordered after me, was able to get his order and left before I did. I waited another couple more minutes before I finally went inside to ask about my order. I even saw it sitting there and the guy looked at me as if I was dumb. In the end, my sandwich was cold and I did not have a good time with this order. If this is how it is there, I'm not going there anymore.

Parking: The place doesn't assist with handicap people like me. Which made me even more upset.

In Ohio over 17 years ago I went to a dominos pizza - it was so awful- but I
tried again /(drive through) today. Never having been there, I went in wrong driveway- eventually… parking the wrong way. There was nobody there. Eventually a carry out driver walked passed me & I saw him scornfully shake his head with a look of disgust.
I would rather him have said, cheerfully, oh you must not have been here before, (then proceed to tell me how their system works.
A few drivers came - one, Ruby was really a GEM (pardon the pun). ruby was EXCELLENT- she smiled made eye contact
Went in & came out a few times (my pizza was late) RUBY IS A CREDIT TO SAFFORD dominos!!! THANK YOU, RUBY!!!
Pizza came and I couldn’t wait to get home to check it out. IT WAS THE BEST PIZZA I CAN REMEMBER FOR YEARS!!!! 10:10 André(did I get that right?) the crust was done beautifully! Golden, not tough done to perfection! I ordered veggies since that’s what I need mostly—- WOW!!! Thank you!!!
Hope I can get another coupon —- (this was supposed to last another meal or two or three —- ooops! Too bad! Not much left

This location use to be my go to pizza place in town. But the last who times it has been so subpar. My last order was out for delivery for over an hour and when I called the store I was told I don’t know what you want me to do we have been short drivers for two weeks. I asked for a new pizza or a refund and was told I could only get credit. 🤯 if I’m not happy with it your service do you think I want credit. The only good place in town is R&R. Heed this warning. If you want hot pizza don’t select delivery or expect customer service when you call looking for your pizza.

My pizza was drenched in the butter they put on the crust, to the point that it was dripping through the box and ruined my clothes in the time that it took to drive home. There’s a good 10in grease stain on my shirt. Also, it was too greasy to eat, the pizzas aren’t usually that bad. But last week a similar thing happened to my coworker, she set her pizza on the counter and the grease puddled out of the side of the box and ruined her purse.

Dominos has been my absolute favorite delivery place whenever I’m at work. In particular, I absolutely adore Dustin/Dustain. He is not only very speedy, but also very kind and cheerful anytime he delivers! I also love the garlic Parmesan knots. They are to die for. It is a bit expensive when getting delivery but honestly, I think it’s worth it.

I got the New York style pizza.But I feel like it was just a regular large pizza cut into big slices.
Nothing like the commercial looks. But on the other hand I got it for free with domino's rewards so it was worth it.

Ordered pizza show up to get it. Not ready. So they look and say they are making it again. Nooooo!! Wait 20 minutes. Still can’t find the order. Try re make it and 45 minutes later we finallyy have pizza.

Usually I’d give this dominos 2 stars because every time I’ve come it takes forever and I order the chicken carbonara pasta and it was always missing the mushrooms and skimped on everything else and was mostly just noodles. Today Melissa took care of my order. It was done before expected and exactly as it was supposed to me. Thank you so much Melissa for the first amazing experience I’ve had at this dominos in 2 years

You call after 10pm they never answer. How can a franchise owner let this happen. Genuinely so much business being lost. Time for GM to be fired as this has been a years long issue. Pretty shameful.
