I drove 21 mi to get a pizza for them to just butcher their entire order up even when the online instructions were playing and simple light sauce no sauce garlic parmesan sauce instead I get an order that has way too much sauce in the pizza is not even cut all the way not any of the three as I live 21 mi away I asked if I could come tomorrow she said no the refund would only be for today completely unacceptable.

Delivery driver got our order mixed up. The tracker said the order was delivered when it wasn’t. I called the store and they said unfortunately the order was mixed up— but didn’t give much of an explanation on how it’d be fixed. Not sure if we’re getting our order still or if we’re getting a refund.

We were traveling home from a long day and ordered pizza. Have my PIF (&47.19) receipt- got home with the baked dips and without the 32 piece parm bites—- called because now we are home and it’s late. JESSICA (claiming to be the GM) was hateful from the first word… no mention of how to satisfy me due to having already paid—offered something free NOW only (huh? I literally just bought dinner, I do not want free food now, I would like what I paid for)- just, I can offer a free one next time. I tried to explain that would not be free since I was holding the receipt but no food—- JESSICA quickly said, I don’t think there is anything I can do for you,, then Ma’am. She also got VERY hateful and told me she did not have a boss and there was no one else I could call or speak to about this or even to report JESSICA’s unprofessional “management” and behavior. Funny… but GM does not equal owner —- I will be speaking to someone above the GM to determine if this is the management style they promote…DO NOT EAT HERE.

I did have to have my pizza remade because when i ordered the store was super busy ans training alot of people so my pizza did get messed up but they workers were all trying so hard and they were so kind to remake it the Manger named Jessica and there was another female Manger I spoke with on the phone they both were so nice and helpful. Jessica seems to work very hard and make sure things are running smoothly she deserves a raise or something! But overall I'm very happy ordering here. I will be back because or these 2 ladies that I spoke to tonight. I wish I had caught the other lady's name.

I ordered pizza curbside. I decided to go in and get the pizza save them from having to bring the pizza out. The female w/glasses asked my name and I gave it to her. She walked to the pizza looked at it walked back asked about my last name. I told her not sure it’s there she walks back looks at the food and the screen. Walks back and asks again. I told her there maybe a W on it. She asked me to pronounce my last name. I’ve NEVER had to give out my full name EVER! ! There was no other orders in the heating area. I should have walked to my vehicle and had her bring it out to me as that was how I in Italy ordered.
