You call after 10pm they never answer. How can a franchise owner let this happen. Genuinely so much business being lost. Time for GM to be fired as this has been a years long issue. Pretty shameful.

I called in and ordered a large half pepperoni the other half ham and pineapple. The lady asked me to repeat myself four times. The last time she said, "Oh Hawaiian?" I said, "No. Just him and pineapple on half." She put me on hold and came back and said, "Okay half pepperoni the other half ham. Right?" I again clearly repeated myself. When I went to pick it up the order was wrong. It was one pizza! The guy who checked me out punched what he needed into the machine and walked away. I didn't even know if I was done with my transaction. HORRIBLE SERVICE!

Absolutely AWFUL service. Our order was supposed to be brought out by 5. We let them know we were there and at 5:20 we still hadn't gotten our food so we went inside and they'd been sitting on their counter for who knows how long. So I called and asked for a refund as the pizzas were ice cold when we got them home. So they called the store owner and they refused to refund the money unless we brought them back to the store which we do not live near. All the girl on the phone had to say when I told her we couldn't do that was "oh well". I couldn't believe it! They were so rude and uncaring of the situation. I will never EVER go back here again and I will discourage everyone I know to not go here again. Had they at least been kind about it I wouldn't be so upset. Never ever go here! The service and product is absolute garbage. I would have given them zero stars had it let me!
I was overcharged. I ordered online. Accepted the taxes, tip and delivery fee. Was given the total price. I paid it. Later I happened to notice that I was charged $10 more for the transaction than what my bill should have been. If this place wants to set they're own prices or fees or surcharges or whatever the heck is going on. I just won't purchase from the franchise anymore. When I agree to a purchase price don't go behind my back and charge me whatever you like. You lost customers. Not like you all care right?!

I don’t think I’ve gotten a correct order in the past 3 months. Tonight was the last straw when I ordered a buffalo chicken pizza and it showed up…WITHOUT THE BUFFALO SAUCE! If I’m going to pay for overpriced pizza I at least want the correct overpriced pizza

So there are only three good pizza places in town! Domino’s! Domino’s, my brothers and sisters is one of them. They have always been accurate with the order, friendly every time.
