Ate at El Charro yesterday for the first time in quite a while. Disappointed in the service as the place was pretty empty & we sat for almost 10 minutes before our order was taken. Restaurant was freezing, getting order was pretty fast but food cooled down fast with the place being so cold. Party of 4 adults & 1 child for late lunch was pretty costly at over $100. Will not be doing this again anytime soon.
Salsa wS excellent here if you like spicy, Street Tacos were excellent with the habinero salsa. Red chili shredded beef stuffed enchiladas was an excellent dish. Rice was not sticky. I made my head swet.
I love that they deliver, and it is always a prompt. The food I remember from long ago. Love that you get chips and salsa with take out. Delicious!!
Update: Don't expect your chimichanga to be crispy. Just order the burrito instead.
