Like so many small towns in Arizona, Safford has its very own 1960's cafe complete with shiny red booth and a long, long counter for single seating. The food is good, it certainly will hit the spot, however El Coronado is best as a breakfast place. Seems the customer numbers agrees.
I got the steak and eggs. Steak seasoned well but a little less cooked than requested. It still tasted good. Eggs were cooked perfectly. Chips and salsa were great. Loved their salsa. They had a couple of tv's up above the bar for entertainment. Liked the southwestern decor.
