Fantastic! Great Philly cheese steak, good fish and shrimp and rolls. Hugg burgers.. Definitely go back. Slow service but worth the wait.

We had a late lunch here. The food was delicious and service was excellent. Definitely will go back again but for dinner. My cousin Wana enjoying her Western Burger and I had the Mushroom Swiss Burger.

Dined here 2 nights in a row with work mates. I had Mahi Mahi one night and Chilean sea bass another night. Salad and sides were fine, except the green beans had too much salt or garlic. The lava cake and strawberry cheesecake were tasty and not too large.

Why does this place have 3.9 stars?
I was a walk-in on a Saturday at 6:00pm. I sat in the bar which was half full if I'm being generous. I didn't see the dining rooms but the place didn't sound full.

Let's start with the objective truths:
My steak was cooked how I asked.
My steak came out fast.
The steak was a good size for the price.

Now my subjective opinions:
The bar upstairs was playing 90's grunge/rock. Fantastic.
The garlic green beans were incredible. They taste like I paid extra for them.
I got the gouda bacon bites as an appetizer and they were punching well above their weight class.

I don't know how to end this review. Get in your car and eat at this place.

Service is honestly awful. Even just to order out. We called and they put us on hold for 5 minutes and then the phone cut out. We tried calling back and it was like they disconnected their phone. The food is good but the service doesn’t make it worth it unfortunately.

Best Burger EVER! Karissa was amazing and she was so delightful. However that burger was hands down the best burger I have ever had. It was easy, just good meat, cheddar, fresh dressings and cooked to perfection. Best stop in Safford! Thank you!

Love this steakhouse!!! They have some awesome guys running that grill and turning out some gorgeous looking, great tasting steaks! If you're lookin' for good food and a great place to bring your friends and family, this is it!!!

I had a great time eating here! We sat at the Red Garter Bar and let me tell you the atmosphere was welcoming, the service was quick, and the drinks were on point. Our bartender/waitress was Leiako. She was absolutely the best — super friendly, attentive, and really made the night more fun.

Only suggestion: it would be awesome to have a TV added to the Red Garter bar area. It would make the vibe even better, especially for game nights or just catching some entertainment.
