Place had dirty screens with food splatter, hash browns over cooked, busted egg yolks from asking for over medium, waited for second cup. Asked for extra syrup which I never got, dirty outside never cleaned. Told and wrote remark to manager he laughed and did not get apology. My opinion he was an idiot for not to satisfy my feelings.

The waitresses were nice. The atmosphere was friendly. But I would not come back here again. The place was filthy, there was food and crap stuck to the window shade. There was something floating in the glasses of water. The eggs were overcooked and tasted awful. My burger and fries were okay. This place needs to clean up if they ever want returning customers.

Had biscuits and fried chicken and gravy with eggs and hash browns.. Biscuits were hard and the chicken was a bit over breaded, but decent. The grav, eggs and hash browns were good enough. But I wouldn't go back.
Parking: I see a lot of ambulances in the parking lot for some reason. 🙏

We traveled thru Safford on 26 October. We did hit the noon rush, but they had a few tables open. The gentleman served the drinks rather quickly, left menus and hurried off. After about 15 to 20 minutes, we made eye contact again and he took our order. Food was slow coming out, several people ahead of us gradually received their meals. After a good hour wait, our plates arrived. My buffalo chicken salad was ok, my wife had a cheeseburger that was cooked so long it was dried out, we left that. We have been here many times in the past years, no complaints. This time was bad, the place looks like it is going downhill, sorry to see that. Total experience was right at 1 1/2 hours.
This is a diner. The food is good and it's warm. This has a local feel, and they're very friendly.
