Fry’s were cold and hard sent them back asked for fresh and got the same thing back got a biscuit and it was hard as a rock and the chicken bowl was cold as well store was not clean and bathrooms were discussing

Used The bathroom it was dirty and not clean ordered a four piece tender meal the biscuit was rock hard. The tenders were cold and mushy ordered. A chicken bowl and the food was cold ordered a large french fry and they gave us a mix of french fries that were cold and old and home fries that were very brittle and old life. They set for a long time was very dissatisfied. Will never come back to this location again for 32+ dollars it was a waste of our time.

The kitchen was dirty and the staff would sit behind the counter and talk amongst themselves instead of taking orders and preparing food. To make matters worse, a employee dumped food on the floor and didn't clean it up while another was puking in the kitchen. Finally, the restaurant was completely empty and we were the only ones there. We waited 40 minutes for our food.

i felt really dirty and unclean just standing inside. the lady at the front register was weirdly standoff-ish. by ‘weirdly’, i mean weird. just a questionable person to get food from. i should’ve left at my gut feeling. she didn’t feel like someone who should be in food or customer service. let alone both. she had handled cash from my order. put gloves on without washing her hands, sneezed while preparing the food. didn’t change gloves. still no hand washing took place. no one washed there hands while i was in there. there were for sure at least 4 orders prepared while i was there. not once was a sink turned on. someone else was packing fries in bags with no gloves on. it felt so depressing standing inside watching it all unfold. i would’ve left and not bought anything had it been a “pay after u get the food” kinda place. i would’ve left that food there in the store n went somewhere else.

this whole incident took place just abt 2 weeks ago on a thursday. hopefully it’s changed in those 2 weeks but it is beyond unlikely given how remote the area is.

the food was exactly what u would expect. sad, soggy, tastes old and reheated, even the preservative packed sauces didn’t smell edible. i wish i had a positive note for kfc or for this location specifically; however there was simply nothing redeemable about this experience.

Now on to the place it's self .. no lids for the cups no money in the register kid had to go ask if they were even accepting cash .The employees have no personality the lobby it's self was disgusting bathroom were shit it's just gross and someone needs to whip this place back into shape starting with the employees and there lack of customer service skills.

They were out of sandwiches, tenders, and nuggets “for the night.” Request for sauces from ordering to the window was not communicated. Upon opening my box, the biscuit was torn into three pieces. I don’t know if they still hand it out, but there was no butter or honey given for the ripped up biscuit either. The chicken seems like it was double fried so it was entirely too salty. I don’t think I’m gonna go back after 7pm anymore with those kids working there 😂😂

Big shout out to the opening crew on 11/21/25! ❤️🍗 Joshua got the original recipe fryer going, manager, counter gal and others all working hard at busy lunchtime. My food was excellent and still warm at Willcox. Thank you all! Made my day. 😋

Call this an update: I wrote this store off three years ago after a very bad customer service experience.

Yesterday I came back for the first time since then. Service was friendly and the food was delicious.

Avoid the bathrooms.

I ordered online and when I got there the place was so gross the doors had greasy finger prints all over it the trash was overflowing out of the trash cans tables hadn't been wiped down. When I got to the counter to get my food they said it was ready but that it would be 8 minutes for my biscuits. I said okay that's fine they gave me my cups I went to the drink station which by the way was gross as well soad every where it hadn't been wiped down at all they didn't replace napkins or straws ice was super low some sodas were out. I took my drinks to my vehicle waited 8 minutes only to come back in and be told my food was never made and that it was going to take another 10 minutes for my food. All the staff except one guy was so rude didn't seem like they wanted to be there and were not very helpful! When all of the customer's left so did the staff except 2 of them. I ordered my food at 3:00 pm got there at 3:15 only to finally get my food at 3:50pm and it was messed up. When I told them I was missing stuff they told me they didn't have the items I ordered and that I could have something else. I will not be going back! This is honestly the worst KFC I've ever been too in my life!

Ordered online for a 16 piece family meal with 2 extra sides and two drinks. Food was ice cold fries were so hard you couldn’t even eat them, biscuits placed underneath the sides to get smashed and sides were tipped over leaking all over the bags because they tried to shove everything into 2 bags

Online orders, says it takes 5-15min, after the first two incidents, I’ll show up 20 minutes after placing it and every time I tell them my name, they just start putting it together, 20 minutes after placing.
