My wife and I are always looking for decent food in the Thatcher Safford area we pulled into KFC's drive-thru yesterday the 4th of December hoping for good food and refreshment. KFC was supposed to have a three-piece chicken tender meal for $5 or not!! we ended up ordering a $10 3 piece chicken tender meal and a bowl that we were told was $5 it was really $7. Hoping to spend around $10 total it was closer to 20. None of the food was high quality. Her chicken tenders were not very large or nice either one and she got a biscuit that was as hard as a hockey puck which is absolutely ridiculous. We were offered no choice of dipping sauces so consequently left without any. We will for sure think twice before we frequent this KFC again and certainly the owner and manager should be ashamed because its allways this way and we are through!!

I don't live here and I'm a motor coach driver. I stood at the counter for 15 minutes and all I wanted was a mashed potatoes and gravy. They acted as if everything was drive threw and there was no dine in and no taking orders inside. So I just walked out . I'll go somewhere else. At least act like I'm a customer and you wanna serve me.. this is why I hate fast food service and why i never even go to KFC anymore..vmcustomer service is horrible

?? This KFC is so understaffed and overworked that it's gross. I deliver for Door Dash. Every time I pick up here, the customers are frustrated over wait times & cleanliness. Because the four to five (4-5) employees are working their hides off trying to keep up with orders. Because a decision maker has obviously chosen to work them understaffed. The staff is visibly worn out. It makes me sad to see a work.emvironment like this. Ive been going there multiple times a day each week for iver a year and it has been the same every time. Every employee is completely dissociated. They are clearly under valued and over worked.. So if you like long wait times, zero customer service and overflowing trash cans because of miserable overworked under valued zombiefied employees ➡️ because of someone else's GREED to not fill clearly needed positions or.provide a decent environment for employees to thrive.... then by all means get your chicken here.

Staff wandering around as if they don't know what they're doing. Leave hot food sitting on the counter to get cold while waiting for other food to be made that they ran out of... not chicken, btw.... Dining area was dirty. Food was good though.

Doesn't even deserve a 1 star! It's so disgusting in there it's scary that it's still open! The orders are never started when placed online and the employees act like they have no training at all! Trash every where! Drink machine qas empty, I've used cleaner rest stop restrooms than theirs! It's badddd! I don't care how hungry I am I won't eat there. I am a delivery driver and this place grosses me out!
