Staff wandering around as if they don't know what they're doing. Leave hot food sitting on the counter to get cold while waiting for other food to be made that they ran out of... not chicken, btw.... Dining area was dirty. Food was good though.

Doesn't even deserve a 1 star! It's so disgusting in there it's scary that it's still open! The orders are never started when placed online and the employees act like they have no training at all! Trash every where! Drink machine qas empty, I've used cleaner rest stop restrooms than theirs! It's badddd! I don't care how hungry I am I won't eat there. I am a delivery driver and this place grosses me out!

The food was on point. However I wish I would have noticed how filthy the place was before I ordered. I have never seen a dirtier bathroom. The sink was filthy and there was trash all over the floor. The soda fountain had puddles of soda all over the counter in front of it. The napkin dispenser next to it was completely covered with grime. I have never seen a dirtier restaurant. Will never go back.

Ok where to start from the person up front that did not really know anything except what was on the computer screen. to the manger that came out to the people in the back walking around doing really nothing. The food was supposed to be extra crispy it was soggy your large mashed potatoes only filled half the bowl. To all the food on the floor all over the edges of fyers not Grease pieces of breading. To the front counter to the mostly empty tubs of condiments. Needs some work over there sorry but for 55 dollars I should not have had to ask for butter and honey for my biscuits. You don't eat them plan what makes you think people that drive from Willcox would.
