Little Caesars Pizza

I visited the store around 8:45 PM and was surprised to hear staff say they were about to close, even though the posted hours indicated they were open until 10 PM. There were no “Hot and Ready” items available, which was disappointing. While waiting, I overheard staff in the back discussing inappropriate topics, including foul language and sexual content, which was extremely unprofessional. I also heard someone mention they had taken the phone off the hook to avoid further orders. To top it off, the music playing in the lobby was loud and inappropriate for a public setting. Overall, the experience felt chaotic and disrespectful to customers.

I just dont like cardboard tasting pizza, but for the price who can be picky.

Ordered 12 pizzas and there were only 2 workers working. Which they also had like 3 big orders as well as ours. They did an awesome job. Young girls looked like sister didn't catch theyre name.

I don't know why it's advertised as hot and ready when this location never has any pizzas hot and ready. No matter what time of day they never have anything ready to go. Very disappointing when you're trying to grab something quick.

It's crazy that these kids they have working their can't even pick up the phone to call in your order then I walk in to order in person and they are just running around the store playing butt grab with one another. Then telling me it's gonna be 20 min wait for the pizza... Then having the audacity to tell me if I didn't want to wait I should of called in my order!??? You can't make this bs up, absolutely ridiculous!

My order may have been messed up, but the young man named George was very kind, helpful, and remade my pizza with no issues. I keep coming back for the pretzel 🥨 pizza 😁

Why does it seem as though they don't care? You would think after all the horrible reviews that their corporate people would help kick it into gear. And I thought pizza Hut was bad.

Closed super early and were packed up way before their posted hours say they closed and turned me away

Tried to order 11 pizzas two hours before I needed them. They would only let me order 6 pizzas at a time and told me to come back in 20 minutes (after the first 6 were ready) to order the other 5 I needed. Didn’t make much sense. Not very happy with the service.

Over 40 min for pizza while cashier was on cell phone

I would leave no stars if I could. I stopped in at 9 p.m. on a Saturday and closing time isn't until 10 p.m. All I wanted was a plain pepperoni. Not only was there not a single pizza ready but everyone was just standing around. They also told me it was gonna be a 35 min wait. I get it takes time but whatever happened to Hot n ready?
