I love eating lunch at Main Street Cafe. They have great lunch options. Potato salad is remarkable. I'm not sure who has it, but I'd like the recipe. Pickles are quality deli style. 👌 Their customer service is consistently good.👍 Keep up the good work, everyone! 👏

Best breakfast I’ve had in a while. I had the breakfast sandwich on a croissant. The scrambled eggs were light and fluffy, cooked to perfection. The green chile tasted like roasted Hatch chile. Also had melted cheese, good quality bacon and good croissant. The staff was friendly and service quick. The cafe is immaculately clean and has a comfortable elegance. I’ll be stopping in again the next I’m driving through Safford.

What these people do here is beyond amazing. I absolutely love that they employee special needs and let them be involved in the important aspects of the restaurant. They wait tables, bus and I saw they were doing a little cooking. I have an autistic son, and we felt accepted here, there was no judging or staring as we sat and ate our food. My son was able to be his complete authentic "au-some" self and it was so pleasantly enjoyable.I want to thank these wonderful employees for the great work they do and their love and compassion for those with special needs. You can truly tell they care about those that work for them. The manager is a truly wonderful woman!

We’re glad we turned off the main highway to find this cafe. Nice food and very friendly service. Most of all we were happy to be supporting a business that is also a training establishment for staff who are less abled than ourselves.
